Style Encore — Local services in Jonesboro

I have found a couple great deals there in the past all in all I recommend staying and watching if you going to sell your items. The first time I did and they bought quite a few because I call ahead of time and we'll ask what they're taking brand sizes etc. The next two times there was young cashiers, I did the exact same but feeling I could trust them to do as was done before, I left to run errands. Mind you I brought in a huge tote,all fresh laundered,top brands and season, lots NWT. And in the categories I was told on the phone the previous day. Not even 20 minutes later a text came and I already knew they hadn't physically on top of that you could tell the only the top layer several had been touched because I know how I fold things on purpose to make sure as we've had this problem around the corner at Plato's as well. The younger cashiers and buyers are going to ruin this businesses for the owners and for everybody who likes to shop here I'm an ex store owner myself from up North. So I'm 100% sure I know quality and I know brands. And I also know exactly how I fold things is unique in particular to most anybody else. What's funny the exact same items I was told on the phone is what they were needing was the exact items she mentioned they were over full on literally. Although as they were sorting behind the lady speaking to me a woman was standing there as they went through her items and I could see them taking quite a few many of the styles I had just brought with me new a text. You were judged the moment you walk in that door. And based on that exact moment, no matter what items you brought, they have already decided if they're buying from you or not. The same as with Plato's but 10 times worse,... I refuse to go in there as the first time I did the two girls up front were actually making fun of a woman getting out of her car with her items. Which I saw nothing wrong with the way she had brought them. They were making fun of what she was wearing in the vehicle she was driving and as soon as she walked in their entire attitude changed very fake. Probably giving this poor woman who could have been a single mom like myself false hope of paying overdue bill or something else, work ethics in these places I mean absolutely nothing to the younger. Because most don't have families to feed. Is the middle age and a little bit older who understand and judge less I feel... I've only met one so far that style encore that was completely genuine. My daughters love this store as well but I’ve been in there 3 times already and the customer service was not anything to be desired. I observe everything when I’m there to make sure it’s not just me being sensitive and it’s not. To much to really put in a text message so I won’t bother but i can say at checkout there was a girl before us that was greeted warmly, offered the rewards benefit and all the perks that came with the store and ended with thank you come again!! But when my daughter and I checked out it was the total opposite, no offers of the awards program, no eye contact or interaction, and when she handed my daughter her bag, did not say thank you come again, my daughter ended us saying thank you to her while she walked away from us!! I probably will go back,my children are more forgiving than we are, and they adore the clothes in this store, so if it happens again I will politely address it with an adult manager, and after that I will have to...

I can’t say enough good things about this place, but I’ll do my best. The ladies are very professional, they have always been so sweet and willing to help. The entire store is extremely tidy and neatly organized by size, type of clothing item, and color, so you can find items quickly. The quality of everything is wonderful and there is a constant flow of new items coming in, so you find new goodies every single time you shop! I’m a plus size, so having a place that carries an abundance of merchandise (not just a small rack in the back of the store) for ALL shapes and sizes has been amazing!! They have a great selection of shoes, purses, jewelry, and accessories as well and the very best part is that everything is affordable!
