Huddle House — Restaurant in Jonesboro

I’m just gonna put me and my friend where weekend regular in the past month we have issues with one server the first time it a very bad experience I ordered the pecan type pancake that I believe you had not too long ago, and the only thing that I requested was not the pecan on the pancake this was about a month ago, but that’s besides the point The server tried to overcharges for those special pancakes and put my friends order on my ticket, which caused confusion. The worst part was I felt like the server or the manager that she claims was all up in my space for no reason and I don’t appreciate that from a person with autism. So two weeks ago, we believe in given y’all another chance that Saturday was very pleasant, but two Sundays ago we had a gentleman who was very, not simple, but stated that he was under the influence and had been drinking all night and came to work, which I find that very unprofessional while we were at church, my friend had lost her phone so we just assume it was at the huddle house for some reason. I thought the phone was sewing and I do want to apologize for that gentleman for accusing him for thinking selling her phone, but that was just the ruin of our Sunday. I really think that a person who has been in the restaurant industry for 20 years and a very highly educated person knows from right wrong and that I take accountability for accusing him but still, you should never have an employee come under the influence or signed up their draw and I said they’re in front of the girl again who she claims to be the manager The last thing I have to say is that there needs to be more professionalism when it comes to servers or managers it needs to be stated what they’re title is and also to work under the influence does not need to be tolerated. This is an Arkansas state law that no employees that are under the influence, that gentleman should’ve been sent home when he clearly confess that he was under the influence again, I’m not trying to make a long comment, but there has been some issues that I felt like they need to be addressed and I think you need to think as a business owner of how you should run...

Cody the cook and Crystal our waitress were absolutely fantastic. We love the atmosphere and the family that Bobby has at Huddle House. Their food is excellent!!! Great food at a great place. We’re glad Jonesboro Ar. has a restaurant like this!!!

8/10/25 Had another great meal with Bobby’s cook and hostess. Cody is a great cook and a wonderful, caring young man. Chrystal is a fantastic hostess. She’s always very attentive and caring to us. We feel at home when we come here. The atmosphere is friendly, caring, and the food is always on point. Thanks You Guys!!! 110%

8/13/25 My wife and I had another fantastic meal with Cody cooking and Star hostess. I tried the Philly Steak Omelet, it was excellent. We really enjoy dining here. The staff are great and the food never disappoints. My wife loves their Smash Burgers and Cody cooks them just the way she likes. It’s a great place to hang out and grab a fantastic meal. Jonesboro is Blessed to have a great dine-in restaurant like Huddle House. Thanks you guys!!!

8/31/25 Had a great afternoon meal with Grayson cooking and Christal as our host. We love the people and atmosphere here. Bobby has a great team. They’re caring and friendly. We’re glad to have a place that is just like home to enjoy good food and company. Thanks again!!!

9/3/25 My wife and I enjoyed an afternoon dinner with Kay as our waitress and Greyson cooking our meal. The food was excellent as always. Kay is a wonderfully sweet and kind person. It’s a real pleasure to have her as our server and in our community. Greyson is a great cook and fine young man. They are both an asset to the Huddle House team. Thank You Both for a great afternoon. On our visit, we arrived on a Friday night right before 6pm and there were very few people dining in. We were greeted within a couple minutes and seated. The server immediately took our drink order and handed us menus. She quickly came back with our drinks and asked if we were ready to order, and we requested a little more time. About 7 minutes later she arrived again to take our order. After this, she didn't come back until our food arrived which was annoying because I wanted to order a second drink and we tried to get her attention a couple times while she was at the next table over. Our food was ready in about 15-20 minutes. My husband's food was hot, however, my biscuits and gravy were a lukewarm temp and the biscuits were mushy as if it had been sitting in a warmer waiting on the rest of the food. The center of the waffle was also mush where the butter was sitting, as if the butter had been sitting for a while. Other than the temperature of the food, the food was good. The server checked on us twice more while we were eating. She seemed very unpersonable and inattentive almost as if she was extremely tired and wasn't interested in serving our table. She walked off twice while my husband was talking to her. They did have signs up that they were hiring, so I will give her the benefit of the doubt and say they were understaffed.
