Starbucks — Restaurant in Jonesborough

If I am wanting a Coffee or chai or something a little more exotic, this is my "go to" Starbucks in this area of Jonesborough where I live. I could go to the Ingles Starbucks, which is even closer to me, but that one does not allow my app to add points or give me rewards, Food City Starbucks does. For this reason, and some lower prices, and a smaller store for shopping groceries, this is where I end up. Kelsie, Barista on morning shift, has been onboard for a few years, and is excellent at her job--and has helped me on numerous occasions when I can't get the app to do what I want. She's a woman of few words, but smiles and listens! She's a "doer" and an exemplary employee/manager. Yesterday I had the best "pour over" coffee ever! And, did you know that Starbucks does not charge extra for substitutes in their lattes, like soy, almond, coconut milk. That means you can get a regular coffee or Americano topped off with a substitute milk without paying additional monies. Yes, I try and buy from local coffee shops, but when shopping for groceries, and wanting a coffee while shopping or on my way home, this Starbucks and Food City is my home...

I go to this one at least 3-4 times a week and this morning when my wife had to show her phone for a special drink the girl who made it was making fun of her. All the other times we have never had a problem. Love the people and the drinks just today must be a off day for her....
