No masks being worn while making the pizzas or by other employees. Also delivery drivers do not carry change. Most people know and understand this. I called placing an order of 33 dollars rounding up. I have my daughters with me and go to pick up the order as I do not have change at which point they tell me they do not take big bills. Mind you this is after watching a short stocky employee search for the lady's pizza in front of me by literally opening every pizza on the rack including mine. The only consolation I have is a halfway friendly employee wearing a mask was semi professional about the situation. I will be following up on this with their corporate office as I have pictures of them in the boxing area without masks. Please if you have immune system problems stay away from this...

Have ordered from this location for the past 18 years both by call-in and online. I placed an online order on Nov. 14 for two pizzas (Family Special for $23)

One pizza was delivered. For some reason, the second pizza didn’t show on their end. I ended up paying nearly $30 for one pizza with delivery, tip, etc.

I called in to see what may have happened. They informed me that if I had called in the order, they would have assumed responsibility. I asked if they would go ahead and provide the second pizza if I were to come pick it up. “No, we can’t give you a pizza. You’ll have to pay for it” was their response.

Okay, how much is really in a pepperoni pizza? About $2.90?

I don't appreciate being told that my mother lied about her pizza recieved. I spoke to Brett at 8, and was told it would be 2 hours before she recieved a replacement with the correct toppings. 10 pm and no pizza. I called again and spoke with Ashley, who told me she made the pizza herself, and it had the correct items. I told her that I saw the pizza, and it was missing over half the toppings. Ashley stated the pizza could not be missing items. She then said it would be ANOTHER 45 minutes before my mom had pizza she could eat, since they want the original pizza back. My mom finally received the correct pizza that I ordered for her, THREE AND A HALF HOURS after I originally placed the order, and Ashley at this location is the rudest person...
