I called this pizza hut in Jonesborough, TN to make an order. I asked the woman that answered if she could tell me the specials that were going on at this time. She was foreign and she talked so fast and with her accent, I could not understand anything she was saying. I asked her, once she paused for a second, to please slow up that I was having trouble understanding what she was saying. She acted as if she got offended and just kept talking just as fast as she was to begin with so I just hung up and called a different pizza hut in Greeneville, TN where I was greeted by an gentleman that spoke fluent english and was super friendly and helpful. Read moreI'm giving more stars than are deserved from our last order because we have always had excellent pizza from here. But the pizza last week was actually so bad we tossed it rather than eating it. It was pepperoni, pork, and onion but was completely without flavor. I wrote in to tell them about it via the feedback option and got a three-line apology from the ownership saying they don't mean to serve bad pizza. No acknowledgement at all of our stated concerns regarding the quality of that pizza. I think they should have tried AI for their response, because even a chatbot would have written a more appropriate letter.
