I had a very pleasant experience after not being at AutoZone in 10 years but I did go the other day my suburban was low on power steering fluid I'm kind of handicapped when it comes to walking as soon as I walked in I was greeted they talked to me like they know me Ashley was looking for and I told the lady that waited on me she even got me a quart of power steering fluid or do you need a gallon I said a quart we'll do she brung it to the cash register and I paid for it then she goes beyond a call of duty she even assist me out of the store I pop the hood she even put some of the steering fluid in and took my old Court empty bottle and threw it away for me even close the hood now that made me want to come back and shop there again as a returning customer very pleasant experience that day I get there...

I came into this store on January 2, 2020 around 1230. The manager that waited on me went above & beyond to help me. I had a headlight that was very dim on my 2006 Ford Focus. He helped me get the correct lights & then installed them for me. He kept other people waiting until I was good to go with 2 new headlights installed. You don't get service like this from everyone. What he never knew, he helped out a fellow AutoZone employee's widow...
