Generally I'm sure people are good willed and we always assume issues are training related and give (especially the younger ones) benefit of the doubt if it comes to miscommunications.
We had coupons for two free kids cones. I dont think it right to only get the free stuff...so we ordered another cone and a small concrete. The curbside order taker certainly did not enter it right. At the window, I presented the coupons and began explaining but the next person really did not want to take the time to listen and correct it. Initially said total was $14.xx. Waived away the coupons. Said it would be $11. For a small concrete and a cone... I could see they were feeling rushed and self-inflicted "hurry hurry" and the situation would not get friendlier by holding up their line. I gave the cash with the coupons as the window person had already given me all the items. I was still waiting for the receipt, but as the window person was still in a huff, was surprised I was still waiting there. I asked for the receipt to which the person was again annoyed...but I was really curious why a cone and small concrete was $11ish. Fact is they promod one and 50% on the 2nd. Only $1.50 off...which is never worth a 1star review issue in my opinion. Combine it with whatever situation was going on with the team and how it affected how they treated us .... makes it more to make others aware. We really hope it's just an off day, we don't visit this store often at all. Just a humble reminder that listening and getting it right, with a smile, is all rational people desire. To go over and beyond to fix minor issues....well, thats rare and not really expected these days. Best wishes. Hope your...

Read moreAfter ordering a peach concrete, I was a bit taken aback by the appearance of the peaches. Their color seemed unusual, but I assumed it was how they were prepared. After a few bites, it became clear that the texture and taste were not right. I actually returned to the store to tell them. I don't normally but the way they were clearly 'off' concerned me. The staff member at the register seemed indifferent to my feedback, suggesting the peaches might have been overripe. I was hoping for a more understanding response, especially when I expressed how unappetizing they were. Although she offered a replacement or a gift card, the way she said it left me feeling somewhat dismissed and patronized. I did not accept her offer because I'm doubtful I will be returning in the future. Overall, I left feeling pretty bummed out by how I...
