Generally I'm sure people are good willed and we always assume issues are training related and give (especially the younger ones) benefit of the doubt if it comes to miscommunications.

We had coupons for two free kids cones. I dont think it right to only get the free stuff...so we ordered another cone and a small concrete. The curbside order taker certainly did not enter it right. At the window, I presented the coupons and began explaining but the next person really did not want to take the time to listen and correct it. Initially said total was $14.xx. Waived away the coupons. Said it would be $11. For a small concrete and a cone... I could see they were feeling rushed and self-inflicted "hurry hurry" and the situation would not get friendlier by holding up their line. I gave the cash with the coupons as the window person had already given me all the items. I was still waiting for the receipt, but as the window person was still in a huff, was surprised I was still waiting there. I asked for the receipt to which the person was again annoyed...but I was really curious why a cone and small concrete was $11ish. Fact is they promod one and 50% on the 2nd. Only $1.50 off...which is never worth a 1star review issue in my opinion. Combine it with whatever situation was going on with the team and how it affected how they treated us .... makes it more to make others aware. We really hope it's just an off day, we don't visit this store often at all. Just a humble reminder that listening and getting it right, with a smile, is all rational people desire. To go over and beyond to fix minor issues....well, thats rare and not really expected these days. Best wishes. Hope your...

There is no ice cream that compares to Andy's. Period. It is a delight that must be experienced as it is difficult to describe. It is rich, creamy, smooth, and oh so delicious. Our family favorite is the simple, humble chocolate cup. Oh what a wonderous dining experience awaits you in that unassuming plastic container! When you see that giant swirling ice cream cone sign from the road, don't hesitate. Be responsible, yes, don't get in a wreck, but turn on your blinker and get off the road and follow that beacon of creamy goodness to the promised land, the Apex of ice cream achievement, to Andy's, the place that will make all other ice creams become plain, ordinary, and even repugnant in your heart and mind and taste buds. You will take that first bite just after paying in the drive thru and know you must park and slowly savor what you've just encountered. So, follow that cone, weary ice cream seeker, that swirling cone like the torch in the hand of Lady Liberty welcoming all the tired and poor and weak and weary to the shores of flavor...

After ordering a peach concrete, I was a bit taken aback by the appearance of the peaches. Their color seemed unusual, but I assumed it was how they were prepared. After a few bites, it became clear that the texture and taste were not right. I actually returned to the store to tell them. I don't normally but the way they were clearly 'off' concerned me. The staff member at the register seemed indifferent to my feedback, suggesting the peaches might have been overripe. I was hoping for a more understanding response, especially when I expressed how unappetizing they were. Although she offered a replacement or a gift card, the way she said it left me feeling somewhat dismissed and patronized. I did not accept her offer because I'm doubtful I will be returning in the future. Overall, I left feeling pretty bummed out by how I...

Andys frozen Custard- best in the business! We had the - James Brownie Funky Jackhammer- frozen custard, brownie pieces and hollowed down the middle and filled with hot fudge. Very good. The peppermint Shake- minty fresh satisfaction! Mmmm! Pretzel Caramel Crunch- perfect balance of sweat and salty! Santa Brownie Jackhammer- basically the James Brownie with crushed peppermint candy added. Delicious is the only word for it. Always super friendly staff at all the Andy's locations. Always a treat!

I loved how they had an indoors area. In Oklahoma they are all outside and it was freezing today so that was nice to be able to go in. My husband really enjoyed his butterscotch malt. I got a James Brownie funky Jackhammer - Andy’s frozen custard blended with creamy peanut butter and brownies, then filled with hot fudge. It was good but lotsssss of peanut butter which I don't love... But I enjoyed it.

Some pretty fun treats and the location has a nice retro charm. The road to get here is a horrible messy wasteland of strip malls and a complete eye sore and an affront to human decency but the ice cream here is nice and Andy's didn't build the disgusting and deficient surroundings that are built for cars instead of people they only built this lovely ice cream store and the ice cream is good.
