Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Joplin

Called the store at 8:41pm and no one answered and I called back about 5 times. Was directed to the call center and they had it sent to the wrong store multiple times (yes, I had to keep calling back) the store manager from the farther location called me (multiple times cause I called multiple times, I wanted pizza for my family) to cancel the orders being placed by your customer service team. After the 3rdbtime calling in to figure out what was going on the customer service lady told me it was my fault and that I told them the location to order from but I just moved herebi don't even know the locations and the customer service member only asked for my address. Customer service finally got my order to the right store at about 10:00pm. Waited till 10:45 to call the store and ask where my pizza was but they didn't answer so customer service had to help me again. the manager did call me and confirmed my order would be late but it had already been over 2 hours and still no pizza. My pizza did get delivered but was sat on my porch swing and no one knocked on my door as I was waiting by the door. My husband works midnimidnightspicked it up off the porch swing at 5am. Never got to eat my pizza that I had to fight so hard to get. I was a manager at pizza hut and this is something that is just beyond rude service, this says you hate your job and your customers. Never eating here again. Worst...

Went in for buffet today. The waitress I’m used to seeing in there hasn’t been in the last few times I’ve come like maybe she quit. So seems like they have a newer crew (not their first days but maybe been here for a month or two). That or the waitress before helped run the place better then what it’s run without her.

Today the buffet was constantly empty due to them not keeping up with demand (when the other waitress worked this was hardly a problem). The waitress ignores customers needs. I got a Dr Pepper when I sat down. An hour later she’s never been to the table once to see if I need anything. Which I did cause I needed a refill.

Last time I came here - which was about a week before - they kept putting nothing but specialties on the buffet. They’d be hardly touched but anytime a simple pizza like Pepperoni was put out it was gone within 5 minutes. But yet they kept putting out the specialties.

The service at this location is going downhill and this is likely the last time - at least for awhile - that I will come here for buffet. There’s other places in the area that serve pizza buffet and take care of the customers better...

Most disgusting pizza hut I've ever been in. Windows looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months, if ever. All of the floors needed to be mopped, very sticky. Bathroom sign stated they were checked every 30 minutes but the trash was overflowing and toilets were all dirty. We sat in a booth by the buffet and there were several scraps of food on the floor, napkins everywhere, and all of the associates kept walking past them, didn't ever bother to grab a broom. We arrived at 1:40 pm, there was very little pizza on the buffet, when asked when they were bringing out more pizza, they stated that they weren't because the buffet closes at 2pm. Why weren't we told this when we sat down and if it's open until 2, it needs to be fully stocked until 2. Drinks were never refilled, plates were never picked up from our table. When leaving, I had to find a cashier to ring me up, and they were all having a party behind the counter, paying no attention to what was going on in front of them. Severely mismanaged.
