Burger King — Restaurant in Joplin

They are trashy inside, it isn't that hard to keep things clean. You should NOT have bags all over the floor so that whenever people walk in they see it. Overflowing trash cans and fries thrown all over the floor are NOT exactly something somebody wants to see before having their meal either. I truly feel bad for you guys as I did used to work there before I walked out. I was threatened by a manager (Ralisha) I went to speak to the higher manager that hired me (Teresa) and it turned into a big argument. How is that? That isn't very professional if you ask me. I got my paycheck the other day and they were withholding like $200.00 from me. She got my hours messed up because we were training at Webb City. We had to write our hours down on paper and mysteriously the paper went missing a few times. I made sure to try and do everything I could to contact the manager to get my money placed on my card. Texting, calling and so did my friend that worked there and got the same hours. She never would text or call us back. The only thing we got was "you are going to have to wait" waiting turned into days. People have bills. I had to walk into the building and make a scene in order for anything to be done. I got $174.00 the first time then $99.00 the last time added onto my card. I'm still missing $88.00 from my check. I had to go back in there just a minute ago December, 23rd to try and figure things out. Can you imagine the look they gave me? Ponder that one. I have done everything I can to try and keep the peace. You have brought me to the point to where I bring the truth to the table. You guys better figure it out you just opened! This isn't impacting you well. I don't recommend eating here but nor do I recommend even trying to work here....

So I haven't gone to burger King in a while and this is my favorite place for my cheese burgers. But my experience through the drive through this time was horrible. I waited for 10 min just to pull up to order and then even then I was asked to wait longer. While placing my order I was asked several times to repeat myself. I then asked for pricing and was again told to wait. This took a total of 10 min just for a kids cheeseburger meal. Then I pull up to the window where I was expecting a 5 ish dollar charge after tax. I was then told that it was a 70 cent upcharge for a Dr. Pepper with my kids meal. But it says on the board in back. Your choice of side and drink with treat. After I pay I was then asked to pull forward to wait more. I was then greeted about 2 minutes after for my drink but then waited again for my food. After about 10 min of waiting a gentleman brought out my food. He said cheeseburger kids meal and grabbed the corner of the bag and flung the bottom of the bag as if he was throwing it at me. I'm sure he let go and if I didn't grab it. It would of hit the side of my car. By the time I grabbed it and looked up he had already turned around to go back inside. There was no have a great day no pleasant greeting the whole time. I was very upset this time. And usually kids meals come with a cookie and I did not get that. Also the fries were fresh but not salted at all. They were very bland. I also asked for extra ketchup on my burger and it was not. It was normal. Over all this experience took a total of 30 mins of my lunch. Very frustrated and will...

I'm not allowed to share my views on here. Apparently someone construed my last review as me speaking in place of someone else. Rest assured that was not the case. It was my view from my observations and things still haven't improved. I will not set foot in this establishment as to keep folks from thinking I am trying to do or say something for someone else. If the company really wants to know they can ask but don't take this as a speak up for someone else because I have my own observations and thoughts. Corporate can call me anytime but I hope I never have it come back to me that I wrote this because someone else didn't speak up or couldn't. That's what happened last time. Add on to this. There are certain people allowed to scream at employees and nothing gets done. I'm amazed some still continue to work in this environment. This is on 7/28/23 @I'm in here with my grandkids and having to leave because the atmosphere is not what I want them to experience. Again I brought them in here to get breakfast and hopefully have a good experience and certain people are just hateful. I really don't understand. However one of the new guys whose name is Andrew is awesome. He was very cordial and helpful and courteous to my kids. I hope the atmosphere doesn't ruin him. He's a great asset. Add on; it seems people's bills aren't an issue either as shift leads get sent home because of over scheduling of people while some people always seem to get their hours.
