Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Joplin

We ordered $79 worth of food tonight from the location on Rangeline in Joplin mo through DoorDash. When we got the food you could smell the burnt oil and that’s all you could taste was burnt oil. When we called the store I spoke I believe Mandy who said that her and other manager’s had noticed the oil was burnt and were changing it. I asked why would they send food out like that and we were coming to get fresh food. She was extremely rude, said it was a door dash’s problem issue not there’s and hung up on me When I got to the store I spoke with Bree who was kind and tried to resolve the issue but after calling her managers was told that they would not replace our food it was door dash issue yet it was canes who cooked the food in burnt oil. They only offered two cards for one free dinner box each not the $79 we spent. You can’t call customer service because all they say is they can’t take your call now and navigate you to a website...

Flavor: I don’t know about this place never got a chance to order Service: was horrible and disappointing looks like this place its trying to copy chick fil A in the drive thru service but they are way to far the customer service its not the best i arrive to the speaker where you supposed to order but I found a person just texting there and the other two taking order ls but no one took my order and I arrived to the window and I asked that i need to place a order but they say i need to go make line again one of the person from the window ask “what’s the problem ? “ and the lady respond to that saying there where no issues and she told me to go make like again (I didn’t make line again)to place my order and that was there fault not mine… any way this place didn’t work for me i probably won’t go back for while i go more options but if you read this this bad service may chance...

Ok, seems like everyone loves Cane's. My opinion is it's a little overrated. Here are my thoughts: -Chicken strips are good, you can tell they're fresh. They're kinda small. -Coleslaw is good. The portion size is PITIFUL. Like literally maybe a quarter cup, if that. -2 sides? Fries & coleslaw? Come on. -1 freaking sauce? & they want 39 cents for each additional container of it? & it's not even that good. -The sweet tea was very good. -Prices are a little high. 4 tiny strips & 2 tiny portions of coleslaw (we don't do fries) for 12 bucks? That's honestly too much. -The outdoor seating area was nice, we really enjoyed being out there & eating. -Military/veterans discount was appreciated. Will I go back? Maybe if it's Sunday again & Chick-fil-a is closed. I'd rather drive to NWA & go to Slim...
