Schlotzsky's — Restaurant in Joplin

The teens that worked today were incredible kind, and efficient. The food was excellent and exactly as I asked (off menu to my liking). So Happy their mom's didn't miss them too much today so they could serve.

There was hostile older lady with brown hair who was incredibly impatient and quiet rude to those kids. One of the girls got burnt and was trying to take a break and ice her burn. The woman was so rude and seemed to think all the other customers and tasks needed to be stopped to accommodate her. I've never seen someone without any empathy like that.

They did a wonderful job making sure the store was being cleaned while people were getting up and leaving. There was a large group who made quite a mess but they accommodated the mean lady first.

I have been in the store many times and we often place large orders during our 12 hour shifts because we know it's always going to be amazing. Thank you! Will definitely keep...

I like the fresh bread they use it made them better than subway. Medium is more than enough to get full. I was surprised how filling the bread was. I liked the two types of cheese and that they cut the sandwich in half. I think the meat could have been more flavorful but the dip more than made up for it. The staff was friendly it the tables were clean. We got our food quickly. I really liked how they had an extensive variety of condiments and everything you could want .The chips were very very salty. First experience (2 weeks ago) at 7:00 pm on a Friday, I tried to order and I was told everyone was on break for 30 minutes, please come back then. Tonight, I placed an order at the counter for a to go order. After waiting 25 minutes, I asked how much longer for my order. I was told they did not know what happened to my order ($60 order). No one knew where my order was located. When I looked at the DoorDash order area, my order was there and it had been setting there for 10 minutes.
