I ordered two subs today, one for me, and one for my wife. I had 15 minutes lunch break to grab the subs, pre-ordering them with the mobile app. In the past, when I have ordered a certain sub, despite paying extra for cheese, they somehow always seem to forget it. This time in the notes section I wrote “please do not forget the cheese“. Lo and behold I get home to find that they once again forgot the cheese on my wife’s sub. I got an earful from her..I called the restaurant, and they said to get my refund for the item that I unfairly paid for, but didn’t receive, I would have to bring the sub back into the store. I unfortunately work and support a family of six, so I do not have the luxury of taking an extra 15 minutes to drive back down to the store so that their chronic mistake can be corrected. This is really terrible customer service, I don’t care about the money I care more about the principal. As someone that comes from upper management, I would like to point out that the current manager failed miserably at their customer service. You won’t be getting my business any longer. They sent my kids out WITHOUT the stupid bag of chips, and were extremely passive aggressive to ME when I came in and asked to pay for a bag of BBQ chips.
