If I could give the food AND service quality a negative start I would. I don't even know where to begin because every time we have gone the past year has been a train-wreck. Somehow like clockwork these (kids) working the food section can never get a single order correct. It's become a joke with our friends and family. Always something wrong, lettuce in the salad is filled with brown dead pieces, stone cold mac & cheese, salad bowls half filled, they're "out of this, out of that." It's so unreliable. We take a few weeks off from going and try again and nothing changes. Several of my friends won't even meet me there anything for a coffee or lunch and def. never dinner, dinner is the absolute worst. It's a bunch of highschoolers just hanging out. Don't get me wrong their nice kids but there's no one guiding them, no one in charge! Tonight I ordered off the app and they forgot my fruit side and my sandwich only had chicken on it missing every single topping. They looked at me like a deer in the headlights when I asked them what happened and showed them my receipt. "uhhh were out of that, maybe there is some in the back." Side note the new panera app says what they are currently out of.. and this item was not on that list. He comes back out with the topping, and I ask if it's cold since he's about to put it on my hot sandwich... he says "uhh yea, did you want me to make another sandwich or just out the topping on your current sandwich?" Why is he even asking just make a new one, or reheat the old one, it's not rocket science!! OMG. Then my rewards didn't show on the app and asked a manager for help and tried, she really did but to no avail. She said sorry I can't help you, I don't know what is wrong. There isn't even a contact number for customer service or anything. Ironic on the app it asks you to review the app but not the actual food!! Screw the app they need to know how bad the food and service is. I got home salad was by the grace of God made correctly and my remade sandwich was suppose to be filled with smokey pulled chicken and I spit out half of it, totally rubbery-goo chicken fat. It was nasty. I doubt anything will change because whoever owns this doesn't care, if they did changes would have been made long ago. People have been saying it's only a matter of time before they shut this one down. It's a shame we love Panera, the one on PGA is great. This one is a huge disappointment all the way around... someone PLEASE MAKE CHANGES!!!!! I'd post all the photos we've taken over the past year of all the gross looking food, dead lettuce etc, but we gave up saving them on...
Read moreUpdate - a manger from this location has failed to contact me regarding the abhorrent behavior of their employee. Two days after the incident, stopped in and was able to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor was incredibly kind, engaging and understanding. During the interaction, the employee (who lied about her name) was hovering and asked what was going on. The supervisor asked her to step away. As she did, she gave the finger once AGAIN! She was sent home after that. However, after Panera’s corporate office twice assuring me a manager would reach out, it has been radio silence. It is clear there is zero concern from management and no regard for addressing customer concerns. I have never said this about any establishment, but I truly hope they either go out of business or get sold to competent people who actually know how to manage a business and provide good service. The Quality of food and service at this location has continued to plummet for years. I just recently came home with a pick up order and the steak sandwich was horrific in quality. When I’called to ask to speak with a manger, the girl, named Bre absolutely refused to give a name - her only response was “ we are closed”. She said that multiple times, refusing to give a name and would not give me her name. When I asked her name, she repeatedly replied, “ we are closed”. Would not give me her name and wouldn’t until after I gave her my name. She repeated this attitude and refused to give my significant other a name of a manger as well. She hung up on him and when we drove back to address the issue, she gave us the finger through the window. This is customer service, Panera? While I understand these are trying times for all, this woman’s behavior is unacceptable. It’s unfortunate, but over the years, we have experienced an incredible decline in the food quality. I have worked in retail services for over 30 years and I have never encountered such horrible service and such a horrible individual who clearly has no understanding of how to talk to or treat customers. Should be zero stars but you are forced to...
Read moreMEGAN..... the MANAGER was very very rude. I had a complaint that my bowl of soup was as small as a cup of soup. So I went to the cash register to see if I could just pay for a cup of soup since i was paying 3 dollars more for a bowl. This manager ripped my food out of my hands and wouldn't even give it back to m e even though i payed for it. I asked her to please give it back and she said no she would make me a cup. Megan refused to give me my food even though I payed for it. I can understand if they didn't want to give me money back as this is Panera policy. But to hold my food hostage that I payed for is crazy. She sent such bad vibes. She refused to give it back to me . So I asked for my money back. Then the manager said I was a problem since I walked in the door. Funny thing is.... I only had pleasant things to say to the lady that checked me out. We were laughing about the weather outside. I sat down and waited for my food and played my game candy rush. Once my name was called, i went to go get my food. This manager didn't know what to say and tried to tell me I was the problem. I was so shocked what this manager said about me. I directly turned to the only lady that I spoke to and checked me out. I asked her if I was an issue. This worker said... no I was no issue at all right in front of the manager Megan. So now this manager was caught lying. Panera..... please go watch the video...She is a terrible manager and should not be in the food industry when someone has a valid complaint. She didn't know what to say, so she said I was the problem. I did nothing but complain my bowl of soup was not full at all. I left the store speaking with her staff and they were all friendly, except this manager with a power trip. This lady needs to go! As a manager, you are going to get complaints and not happy customers. But you don't go ripping paid food out of a customers hand because they are not happy. Here is a picture of her holding my food hostage... you can't make...
