3Natives — Restaurant in Jupiter

I am not one to leave a review especially a negative review but felt it was important for other customers to hear this since I have been a loyal customer here for years and send a lot of my friends and family here as well since they offer a great menu of healthy options. Today we ordered what we always order (my kids love the pink dragon smoothie) and when my 6 year old son took a sip he made a face and almost spit it out saying something was not right. I took a sip and it tasted sour so we brought it back in and let the staff know. We have always loved coming here and the staff has always been very friendly so we didn't expect the reaction we got. We were told by the gentleman who I believe is one of the owners "we do not replace smoothies. you can throw it away". I threw it away since it was bad but thought they would make another one for us. Instead the manager came back and said "you'd like to buy another one? I made it and it was done right so there's nothing wrong with it and if you want you can buy another one". I told him my 6 year old son loves these and they're usually sweet but this one was very clearly sour and either the ingredients had spoiled or were not mixed with correct proportions. Instead of buying another one which could be the same, we chose to leave and my poor son was upset but we chose to go to anther location. We will stay loyal to 3 Natives but sadly this location lost a great customer. We will start going to the location on Miliary Trail in Jupiter instead. Thank you for all of the wonderful years we had here and I hope another customer is not treated the same...

Horrible service! I was excited to try this place for the first time! I was on a lunch break at work so my time was limited. Put my order in and they brought me the wrong order. Not a big deal mistakes happen. I told them what was ordered. Brought out another order, wrong again. Again I politely told them what I ordered. . One of the employees went back through the orders that were put in and the cashier never put the right order in. Employees were not very friendly at that point. The guy brought out my order and not very kindly said enjoy your food. Very rude! Well I did not eat it because at that point I no longer felt like I could trust how this food was prepared. There were other customers that witnessed these events and even said they would not eat the food. Will never go back .

Response to your reply No I ordered your your special Avocado, feta cheese Boiled egg no sprouts. That’s was not what I was served. First it was the mango Avocado toast that was sent back, than I was served some kind of fruit bowl that was left with me, after that I got the correct order! The cashier did not put it in correctly! There were three costumers that heard me, they ordered right before I did so and witnessed the mix up as they sat there and enjoyed their food. They even made comments to me. I treated the situation and your staff with respect, I was not treated the...

I haven't experienced the worst service ever in my life... I came back to the store to ask for the spinach wrap that I ordered, and everything that I received was a bad treat… how can that be possible?? I paid for it, and they got mad with me because I didn't want to eat the gluten-free wrap 😳

I haven't received any kind of: I am sorry we didn't have it, sorry we didn't let you know, or I am sorry that we didn't ask you if you prefer a bowl instead of a wrap… Or any kind of apologies, I just got a naughty treat from the Tatto and color hair lady that works in here, that I guess is the manager and from who I don't have the name.

After I paid for my spinach wrap, she got mad because I didn't want the wrap they wanted me to take.. She continued asking for an email confirmation that I didn't have, but she had my name and could look in her system with it.. But she didn't like it and just treated me deplorably. She interrupted me when I was talking and told me she was doing me a FAVOR… This tattooed lady ( I don't have her name) is always a soooo unfriendly, but today, she was the rudest person I have ever seen working in a restaurant.
