Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Jupiter

Food is always good. When you finally get your food an hour later. Every tropical smoothie is slow but this one by far takes the cake. Maybe they are just understaffed however every time my coworkers and I go to pick up our food its almost never ready. Even if we order ahead. Today I made the mistake of ordering in person because the app was malfunctioning. Me and 10 other people just standing around the room waiting at tropical smoothie. I stood in line for 10 mins waiting to order. The young man at the register sadly had to run register and smoothies and orders while another young woman in back was making orders I'm assuming online orders. And the young man ignored me and everyone in line while he VERY PURPOSELY AND SLOWLY made a smoothie and slowly cleaned the blenders then slowly start another smoothie. No eye contact acknowledging us, no “so sorry give me a minute” no “my apologies I have to do many things at once” and no “screw you all.” Nothing. Walked out along with another customer. Went to CR Chicks and had food within minutes. Avoid if you can or order ahead but order way ahead at this location. The employees are lazy and slow and dont care if you are on your 10 minute...

Highly recommend never going here. I have not been in a while due to the bad rep its always had, but my son was asking for a wrap from there as a treat. I had a short break at work, ordered his wrap online and chose to remove the salsa. We ran over it to pick it up and got back and of course it had salsa in it and he would not eat it since it was slathered throughout. I tried to find emails or person I could call or some sort of support to no avail. Their voicemail said that they were with customers and to text this number my concern. I texted and got a reply text saying we don't reply to texts. I would never recommend ordering from there again. I actually drove back over later in the day and asked for a refund. They said they do not ever give refunds and they could either remake it or I could come back tomorrow and they could remake it. My son had already eaten something else and it defeated the whole purpose. This is entirely asinine as it was their fault. They did not even apologize. I would have zero percent faith in an online order getting done correctly and 100% faith they won’t care....

My family and I visited this location after Church today and bless the Lord these workers were amazing!

It's not easy with little kids, and I'm sorry they were running around. You guys were so nice and considerate with them, I couldn't have that much patience. I did talk to my kids when we got home, again thank you for being so kind!

To cut this story short, we ordered around 8 drinks and my kid dropped half of them all over the floor, then they proceeded to try to clean it but fell and make a bigger mess.

These amazing workers didn't yell at them or anything but instead made us all our drinks again!

I tried to clean up the mess but they insisted to get it themselves.

Amazing, just I couldn't have done that myself and the management here is just so kind.
