After doing some research, Will to escape had came up on my radar. Because i could not figure out my travel plans and delays upon reading their policies i opted to take my chances on walk in. I had read all the good and the bad reviews... i can see how some may be upset with the policies but its all written in black and white... with that said i am an enthusiast who enjoys escape rooms and do them anywhere i travel. I had the oportunity to meet Jarret the owner and i could not agree with all the negative things that were said about him. Upon arrival my wife and i were greeted, gave us a little intro about his rooms and proceeded to set us up. We started with mystic manor and had fun! For us the room was on the easy side but we loved the pyzzles and the fluidity of the room. Everyrhing just flowed so well. The room was well maintained. After coming out and discussing the room and our thoughts we wanted to try another on the spot! So we did innocense. Another well done room. The set was nice, the story matches the type of puzzles. Overall from service to quality of the rooms i was very impressed. Looking forwaed to their orlando location to try some of his other work.

Worst experience ever. I have completed over 25 escape rooms around the United States. I travel frequently and always try escape rooms in the city that I am in. The Owner is completely rude and dismissive. The employee was apologetic but it didn’t make up for me feeling as if I wasted my time and money. If you have hand tremors or anxiety disorder I do not recommend Submergency! Clearly this establishment does not care about special accommodations for all. 100% do not recommend! The fact that you (the owner)are trying to even argue with me on a review should tell anyone looking at this establishment. How they treat their customers. I’ve also posted a message the owner sent me on Facebook hours after posting my honest review of my experience. I also received a text message while on vacation from a law firm that I work at that the owner called there threatening to sue me. Jarred I work for a law firm and what you are doing is actually harassment at this point. Now that you have looked me up and know I work for an attorney I advise you stop now.

If escape rooms gave out Oscars, Michael would have a trophy case bigger than the Louvre. From the second we walked in, he was basically the Gandalf of puzzles—wise, witty, and somehow making us feel like we were the Fellowship of the Keypad. Michael didn’t just host the game. He curated an adventure, like a fine wine of confusion paired with the perfect cheese of “aha!” moments. Every time we got stuck, his hints came with just the right amount of sass—like a supportive best friend who also low-key wants to roast you on live TV. We laughed, we panicked, we argued over who was holding the lock upside down—but Michael kept us together like duct tape on a rocket ship. Honestly, I’m convinced he moonlights as both a magician and a therapist. If you’re thinking of going to Will to Escape, stop thinking and go. And if you’re lucky enough to get Michael as your host, just know: you’re about to meet the Beyoncé of escape rooms.

One star because I cannot give 0. Was very disappointed in our most recent experience here. My family of four and I have done most of the escape rooms here and always had a great time, we even referred friends to come here! We had a reservation for 6:45 pm to try the new room and on our way across the street my mother slipped in a puddle and hit her head against the curb of the road right in front of Will to Escape. She was bleeding from her chin and her cheekbone, soaking wet and was obviously disoriented. After asking for a first aid kit and given paper towels, the owner came outside to see what was going on. We explained that we had a reservation at 6:45, which it was at that point, we asked if we could have a rain check, since we had been huge supporters of his business for months, and he had just witnessed the accident. He said that was not an option, that he had been turning people away all day and would not be able to give us a refund or allow us to come back another day instead. After my mother tried pushing through the pain, we decided we should not do the escape room. The young man at the desk was very helpful and obviously worried, checking on us and making sure we did not feel pressured to do the room if we felt uncomfortable. The young woman was also very sweet, giving my mother a concussion exam to ease our spirits. We ended up paying $175 for our room and leaving. We ran into the owner outside smoking a cigarette and we told him we were going to go, but thank you anyway and he look at us bewildered, we told him we had paid and he just continued staring at us and then went around the corner. Very inconsiderate, unprofessional, and disappointing experience from a place we had...

Had an absolute blast with my 12 year old brother and mom! We are ages 12, 26 and 52 and everyone was a totally equal part of the team. All of the rules and questions were explained and answered beautifully, you can really tell that the employees put time and energy into not only "selling" the story of your escape but really beautifully construct the puzzles to be challenging but fair. All the answers make sense, even if you need several hints like we did, nothing felt unfair or purposely impossible. It genuinely felt like the staff was rooting for us rather than working against us! My brother is nuerodivergent and sometimes has sensory processing issues as far as claustrophobia or restricted movement but the staff's explanation of all the emergency exit points and ways to release the pressure made me feel so reassured and accommodated. No clue what others' experience was but as someone who's typically pretty sensitive toward ADA and neurotypical bias, I really felt like my family was cared for and that says nothing about how excellent the room was! Props on props on props! So much attention to detail and authenticity, excellent story crafting and although you can still see some hot glue spots and paint chips, that's all part of the fun! You're not going to Disneyland after all and the cheap price point is a big bonus. You'd be hard pressed to find an hour of all ages entertainment where everyone communicates and works together for about 30 bucks per person. We will most certainly be returning and with the awesome location next to tons of restaurants I can easily see it becoming annual...

Do not miss this one of a kind, challenging, Hollywoodesque escape room. Not scary in the slightest, immaculately clean, an experience everyone will remember and talk about for years to come. My 12 year old son and I had so much fun getting to know each other, how our minds work individually and working as a team, and laughing our heads off to solve the puzzles in these rooms. It is a priceless bonding experience, appropriate not only for you and your child, but for players of all ages, team building in a corporate environment, or getting to know family or friends visiting from out of town. There is a great deal of creativity and imagination put into each room, the rooms themselves are like Hollywood movie sets. Add in the excitement of solving each challenge to unlock the next exciting surprise and it is an adventure to remember. Each visit is exhilarating and memorable. The doors are never locked to the exterior of the room, you are not trapped, you are just using brain power and team work to solve the interactive puzzles in an environment that feels incredibly authentic. It is remarkable to see each skill set each individual brings to the challenge at hand. It brings out the best in my son and I, I look forward to our next visit. Restaurants are within walking distance, plenty of free parking, and worth every bit of the cost of admission. Visit and you...
