UPDATE: I was contacted by a manager, Levi. He was everything a good a manager should be. He listened, understood and agreed with my concern. He offered that he would be investing in additional training for the staff we had issue with.
We will go back and try again!
Previously: I’m giving a 1 star because two of the staff I dealt with tonight did a pretty good job. So I didn’t leave a zero.
My issue is when I wanted to check out. I literally stood at the bar for 5 mins with wait staff seeing me and doing nothing.
Two of the staff saw me standing there with my friend also waiting to check out, they were not serving anyone at the time, and they chose to finish their conversation rather than wait on us.
In fact the bearded server actually waved at me 2 minutes into my wait, while finishing his conversation with the other server, who was serving no one.
My friend whistled to get the wait staffs attention, because it was obvious their conversation was more important to them than serving customers.
The female waitress, rather than apologizing for ignoring us, instead chose to scold us for “whistling”, even while we explained we were standing there for 5 mins waiting for her to finish her conversation.
I learned shortly after my experience, that my wife also stood waiting for at least 5 minutes, again with the staff talking to each other. My wife gave up waiting, and that’s why she wanted to leave.
One would think that dropping $150 on a Wednesday night, that I would at least not get ignored, let alone scolded by a waitress for reminding her that she ignored us.
I used to be a regular when this place was Malloy’s (that actually closed during Covid) we were all excited to try this new establishment, thinking it would be as fun.
Long story short…I realized that the one other server did a good job, actually paying attention to the patrons. So I left a $10 tip on a $150 bill. It appears they were all sharing tips, so I wanted to leave something.
I left a voicemail on their answering machine, asking to be contacted by the manager/owner. I’ll be waiting to find out if I ever go back to this place again. We will see if the...
Read moreMy husband and I attended Crafted Copper's special Spanish Dinner on February 13th. This dinner featured 4 courses with a wine to match each course. The wines were all very good to excellent and paired well with the food. We particularly enjoyed the Corpinnat Brut reserva with the first course and the Pedro Ximenex Dulce Sherry with the fourth course. The dinner started with bacon wrapped dates filled with goat cheese (delicious, with crispy bacon) and the second course was a superbly delicious chorizo, scallops, and pepper trio on butter lettuce (our favorite course). The third and main course was rack of lamb with a spanish spice rub and spanish onions which was just OK. The spice rub created a bark on the lamb that was crispy and delicious, but the itself lamb was somewhat dry and definitely overcooked and the reason for a 4 star vs a 5 star rating. The final dessert course was a nicely toasted baguette with vanilla and cinnamon and drizzled with spanish honey which was quite tasty but could have used more honey. In all a wonderful meal with good wine matches that, overall, was very good but had a...

Great cocktails Great draft selection Great food
Some cocktails I feel are veryyyy over priced. But it’s craft so I get it. The music was meh. Wish it was a little more upbeat and no so sad and boring
It felt like the gentlemen bartender didn’t want to work. It felt like we were an inconvenience to him. We sat at the bar and waited 10 minutes to be greeted while we what we him walk past us many times. Didn’t get much spunk or enthusiasm from either bartender the entire time we were there. We wanted to try the bling pig cocktail but we’re told it was too busy for them to make it? Not sure what that meant?
We probably will be back because everyone has bad days and we enjoyed the cocktails we did have. I hope the bartenders have a...
