First time visitor so maybe I didn't really get the system they had going. I had to wave down someone to ask for seating and was told to find a spot. It was crowded and I wouldn't have any way of knowing there was available seating unless I pushed through several layers of people. Maybe a sign saying "seat yourself" or having the staff direct people away from standing in the actual entry area. Ordered a wine I'm familiar with and got a shot of it, not exaggerating about 3 oz, in a glass, so ok. Ordered an appetizer which came out quickly but it was brought out by the busboy and not the server, who didn't come back at any point until the dish was empty. Then our order was taken. It was out quickly but it didn't look like it took any time or skill to prepare. The scallops I ordered were very good but there were only four over a bed of canned lima beans and mushrooms in a basic white sauce. My partner had the salmon which was more reasonable for the price but served with some odd root vegetables that I've never heard of pairing with salmon (carrots and potatoes? Is that a thing?). The food was tasty but I'd get 3 times as much food and a similar quality from red lobster. Finally the server herself, started off friendly but would dissappear for 20 minutes at a time and routinely chatted with a friend of hers who was dining there. 30 minutes after we had visably finished our food I finally just flagged down a passing bartender who got us the bill. All in all a very disappointing experience for how inflated their prices were

Read more12/29/23..Called ahead and asked for loft seating for a party of 11..to celebrate an Aunt’s birthday,,we initially spoke to Riley, who was great and allowed us to bring in a cake prior to our scheduled dinner time. Riley explained that she sent a text to the manager who would be on duty and that the cake would be unboxed 15 mins prior to our arrival. Upon arrival, we discovered that the cake was still in the box sitting in the loft area where we left it earlier that day. The manager and a few other staff were standing around talking by the bar area, and motioned for us to go up to the loft. No welcome,, just stares. The server, Cara, was rude and unwelcoming to members of our party. Order taking was rushed and condescending. Also in her rush to get us out,, she charged someone’s order to our card ($58.30),,the charge is still there. We asked for a champagne toast and was told that the manager would be assisting us with the selection,, she never came up The food was good and we liked the atmosphere.. the service and treatment of our family by the waitress and manager was atrocious…The toast never happened. Reservation was at 4:30p.. we...
Read moreHonestly, I was disappointed. I thought the food was decent, but when you factor in the price, it was overpriced. We tried the baked Brie, Tuna Tartar, Beet Salad and the duck breast. With a $40 bottle of wine and tip we were at $80 person for drinks and 2 small plates, a salad and entree.
The tuna, while flavored well was cut entirely too small. I felt a spoon would be a better utensil to eat it with than a fork. Taste wise good, but needlessly difficult to eat and hard to incorporate with the sesame wafer.
The baked Brie was advertised with a chili honey and multiple people told us to be aware as it's got some kick, neither my friend nor I experienced any kick at all. We found out later the chef toned it down significantly. Other than that it just tasted very bland to me. I like a mild but rich cheese, and this just lacked any flavor to me.
The duck breast was pretty good, but the vegetables it was served with over shadowed the duck, they were delicious. At $30+ the protein shouldn't be overshadowed by the vegetables.
Overall, I feel like I've had better food in the area and for less money. Even from other Millennium group...
