I can not express in words how unbelievably bad the vegetarian/vegan ramen is here. They don’t even make a broth. Its literally water, salt, and and something to change its color to milky. I don’t even think they had a broth prepared before I got there because it’s literally salt and hot water. It has zero depth of flavor and no spices, no flavor. You know when neo gets loaded into training in the matrix? And at first it’s just like an infinite white room? It’s that. Nothingness. Just don’t put it on the menu if you don’t want to put any love into it at all. This is the first time I can remember that I couldn’t eat food I purchased. I have ate raw potatoes like an apple, raw onions-like an apple, I once ate plain white rice seasoned with mustard and relish packets that I got for free from the gas station. I’m not difficult to please. Long John silvers puts more care into their dishes. Taco Bell at 3am cares more about your meal.

I can’t speak for their other food but if you are going here for the vegetarian/vegan ramen you saw on the menu please turn around, it will ruin you. You will sink down in to the swamp like Artax as the nothingness...

We ate here for the first time tonight. I will say the service was excellent. The lady working the front counter was probably the nicest, most professional person I've ever come across in a restaurant. I ordered the creamy vegan ramen and my husband and two kids ordered the house tonkotsu ramen. We ordered using the computer which was a simple process, and got a text alert that said it would be 20 minutes before our food was ready. We only waited maybe 5-8 minutes and we had our food, which was great. The reason for for 2 stars overall is that the food had very little to almost no flavor at all. My kids, who will literally eat anything, couldn't eat the ramen. It tasted like it was cooked in mushrooms, which we love, but it was a very unfavorable taste, what little it did have. Maybe we just don't know what real ramen actually tastes like, but we did not care for the food and will not go back for the food. But they did have a huge selection of boba tea which we did not get but we would certainly go back to try their boba tea. The restaurant had a very chill vibe with cool music playing softly. It was very...

0 STARS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE The boba and food is ‘decent’ but the employee at the front desk has THE WORST customer service. I give people the benefit of the doubt out of habit because everyone is entitled to have a bad day. So i don’t become overreactive in situations like this where they could escalate. With that said I’ve been here several times and he is the same each time. He has no control over his temperament and is extremely RUDE and condescending. When asking for a supervisor or manager he claims that he is the only person there who speaks english. He visibly rolls his eyes and lets out exasperated sighs when you ask questions about the menu. And he aggressively does the tasks of his job like making drinks and ringing up your orders so his attitude problem is completely visible. I like to support different businesses but I definitely will not be coming here again and spending my money. I would rather make the trip to cravings deli where the customer service is worlds better as well as the menu options and prices. Horrible experiences here. DON’T RECOMMEND Totally not worth the...

I went to Motea for my first time yesterday. I typically like to order from a person whereas here I needed to from a machine. I like to order from a person so I can ask questions if needed. While using the machine I tried to ask the employee a few questions, but the information given was very minimal because of a language barrier. I ended up needing to research using Google search in order to figure things out. It took me quite some time to order. If someone was behind me I would have felt like a huge inconvenience. The machine was easy to use other than needing to figure things out via Google. Due to the language barrier I was unable to see if ordering drink/ramen combos was a better deal or not. The white board with writing on it did not state a price for the combos either. I ended up ordering two seperate drinks, two seperate ramens, and two appetizers. The ramens were yummy along with the shumai. The drinks tasted good as well. The Taiwanese chicken was dry, but the flavor was good. Other than the language barrier and not getting questions answered the food was served quickly and tasted good.

Their Tonkotsu broth was really deep & good. Chashu were really good as well! Taiwanese Crispy Chicken..?!?!?😱😳‼️ It was the same taste like the ones I had in Taiwan years ago..!! OMG it was so delicious!! They were missing fried basils but I didn’t mind nor care at all because the flavor was there! I mean everything tasted very authentic for real!👍🏼 Tarot boba tea was very yummy as well. It was with a normal sweetness and it wasn’t too sweet like other boba places (I usually order 75% sweetness for Bobas). I ordered extra noodles for ramen and it came on the side dry (literally just noodles came out on a dish) so I had to ask for more broth to go with..😬 I can recommend Motea H&R for any food lovers for sure😊👍🏼

Worst experience EVER! Bought Ramen home Wednesday night, ate half and brought the rest to work for lunch today. Saw this beauty floating in the broth, thought it was broccoli at first. Called the restaurant and was promptly put on hold for over 10 minutes and then was offered a $5 gift card…laughable! Told me because it was 2 days old that they would not refund me even though it’s in the original container. Horrible customer service! DO NOT eat here!
