I placed an online take-out order at this location and when I arrived to pick up my food, several of the ingredients that were required to make the food that I ordered were out of stock so my order was never fulfilled. I have no issue with that as I understand that situations happen. I was told that no staff member had the ability to refund my money while I was there and that I had to contact corporate to figure it out. Again, frustrating but not the end of the world. My biggest complaint is the condition of the store as it was a complete mess and absolutely gross! Dirty/used food containers piled up on the shelf where the menu items are assembled, more dirty/used containers piled on the counter behind the serving station, napkins and other items strewn all about the floor. And, it couldn't be anymore evident that not a single staff member cared at all. I even had a quick conversation about the restaurant's condition with another customer that was there to question her food order. In the last couple of years, I've hesitated to go to this location due to the lack of cleanliness but decided to give it another try as it's the closest Qdoba to my house. Read moreOrdered my food at 6:04pm for curbside, got a confirmation that food was going to be ready at 6:17pm. Waited and waited. About a dozen customers came through the door and were able to get their food right away. We even saw people come in, eat, and leave while I was waiting for my order. Finally called at 6:24pm and the worker said, “come in to get the order” after I specifically said I ordered curbside. She responded with, “I didn’t even think we did curbside anymore, no one’s ordered curbside in a long time” meanwhile, there are 3 signs outside referring to curbside pickup. The receipt stated curbside pickup. Then she said, “I’ll have them work on it right now”. They didn’t even start my order. I called again at 6:41pm to just cancel the order. The worker had a very poor attitude and hung up. I called back and the manager answered. She apologized for the worker hanging up. Asked if I’d like the order refunded and I said yes. The manager didn’t do anything besides refunding the meal and apologize for the long wait. This is completely unacceptable. Read moreWent here for dinner tonight - upon selection of my food, meat was placed on only about 2/3 of the burrito shell. After most of the toppings were on I asked for pickled onions inside my entree and got a huffing sound from the employee and then they proceeded to place an extremely large amount of pickled onions in my entree (tbh ruined the food). Was not asked about sides of guac or sour cream etc, and had to specifically request these before checking out. When eating the guac, I noticed it was in very un-mashed form and when I bit down on a large un-mashed avocado slice I early broke a tooth as there was hard avocado pits within it.
Also, the cash register was apparenly broken and only accepted tap to pay or cash. Was not informed of this before preparing my entree, so I suppose this establishment was lucky that I had tap to pay set up oh my phone.... otherwise they'd have made food which I'd have walked out on.
Probably will be driving down to drake road next time for improved service and facilities at the...
