I’ve always walked out with exactly what I ordered. The online orders are timed really well and I’ve never waited more than a minute beyond my quoted pickup time.
That being said: the location is staffed mostly with college students and the turnover seems pretty high. Half the time they all ignore you when you walk in or are all in the back. The drinks will always be in the "to go" cubby but if I had food... I have to ask them for it & it's not always as easy as it should be. That's a minor inconvenience that I wouldn't take away stars for (& haven't in all the years I've been going here).
I'm taking two stars off because the last several times I've ordered here it's been an absolute mess. Food is not supposed to be all over the bags, wrappers & containers. We have to put those in our cars. I shouldn't have to clean sauce, peanut butter or honey off my seats because the bag was covered in it. Yesterday the entire outside of the wrapper was drenched in honey and it was leaking out of the bag down the side when I picked up my order. They also way overfilled my smoothie to the point it was dripping all down the sides of the cup and continued to every time it was handled. If I have to wipe down my car every time I just transport your food a 1/2 mile to my house... there's a problem. I've worked in food service. There's no way I would have ever handed a customer a pizza with sauce covering the box and cheese oozing out the side. There's a threshold for what's acceptable and the employees here go so far beyond it.
For this reason I'm personally going to stop tipping on take out orders when I place the order through the app. I've tipped your staff every single time I've ordered and they've deserved that tip less than half of the time.

Automated response was "we'll be right out". After waiting, and some more waiting, no curbside delivery. At 6:10 pm called store with it going to voicemail. Hobbled in to store and asked where my curbside order was. Got the deer in the headlight look from employees. They finally figured out my order was in their cooler and had been ready for a while. Employees stated phone was off so they didn't get notified it was a curbside order (which explains not answering phone). Probably shouldn't offer curbside if you can't make the system work. Read moreI go here once a week because the smoothie is good and they are normally fast. The workers are usually nice. The reason I'm giving 2 stars is for the Owner and corporate. You have cut their food menu major and only have two salad options which is fine I understand that but they give you one souffle cup of dressing which is not enough for a whole salad. Every other restaurant gives you one dressing for a side salad and two for a big salad. Not that big of deal though because I always just ask for one more. Now though you guys are charging EXTRA for the extra dressing.
