Totally wish I would have known that they were not going to make my food right. They made one of my footlongs with three pieces of the buffalo chicken, no cheese, three cucumbers, and a sprinkle of lettuce. The other sandwich was made alright enough. I contacted corporate first. I then contacted them, hoping they could correct this, or go ahead and refund for at least part of it fix at the least. Maybe even remaking it? But no, they said that the owner isn't in, because he has his own time and life, and that there isn't much that they can do, when I asked about fixing it, he literally said, "We will make it right the next time" and hung up. When I went in there (this was a online order btw) there were two workers in the back, one is subway gear, the other person whom I thought was a worker, was just someone in scrubs, HOSPITAL clothing, just talking to the female worker. The other worker was in there making my subs, and he was a older man. They said on the phone he was a "intern" because the normal worker was pregnant and out. Normally, I would never leave a bad review but I am compelled to do so in this instance because of the very poor customer service I received when I asked to bring the sub back and have it remade. I was told to come the following day when the store manager was in to replace my sub and when I did that I was refused service. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I really encourage people to pay attention to these types of reviews because it goes to show what kind of people we are entrusting with serving us food. To remake a simple vegetarian sub that was made incorrectly on their part is a very minor thing to do, especially when asked politely. I am positive that unused produce is wasted every single night at closing anyhow. To argue back and forth with a paying customer about not remaking a cheap sub that YOU made incorrectly is incomprehensible and down right wrong.
