Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Kalispell

Great pizza at a great price and generally speedy service. We used to order pizza once a week from here. They always had the pizza done on time and it was in general very good. There were times however when the pizza was noticeably staler, as if they were using older ingredients just to use them up. I don't recommend getting calzones or anything other then pizza, we have never gotten any of those that we were happy with. If you walk in and order then you will usually have to wait at least 5 minutes, more if it is busy which is a pain because the inside literally feels like a doctor's office. But how many of us really care about that? The pizza is great. Order the Papa's favorite...

Love papa murpheys, not thrilled with the staff asking for tips when using a credit card. The last 5 or 6 times they say " it's giving an option for a 10 % 12% or 15% tip." I don't know if it is the phrasing or what, but a server should not ask for a tip EVER. A tip shows you have gone above and beyond your job and ia awarded according to the servers disposition. Asking for a tip is an automatic no for me. I have been using papa murpheys for over 10 years as a local and it really leaves a bad impression on the business. The pizza is good, always have to ask for extra cheese and get an extra charge so wish they would have a little more on their toppings especially with a plain...

I would just like to say how impressed I was with the customer service. One girl stood out. Aleia I believe was her name. You had a grumpy customer ( I think they woke up on wrong side of bed) and the cashier was doing her best to re explain and be helpful. This customer was rude...Aleia stepped to try and help out and was great!! The customer was still rude. They got her order done and Aleia was still professional and said have a great night but not in snotty tone very professional and I was so impressed. I went over and told her great job. A few minutes later the customer came in and I hope apologized to her...but customer left with a smile!! Just wanted you to know...
