Don’t curbside order. Completely screwed up my order and their only response is “come on back we’ll remake it”.
I came there to save time because we are getting ready to go on vacation tomorrow. It took 30 minutes to go there and come back. They completely screwed up the orders. Mixed up the sizes and didn’t get any ingredients correct. What am I supposed to do with this? It’s garbage to me.
Again, I ordered to save time. I would have ordered from a much better restaurant in Charlotte if I wanted to spend an hour driving back and forth to get food.
At the end of the day, Jersey mikes offers nothing. Either make another trip (again, wasting my time, gas, etc ) or take a refund and have nothing to eat. Back at square one. I wish I’d have NEVER ORDERED from there.
Management said they’d rather me post this review than to refund my $26.75 order and remake my sandwiches after nearly an hour driving due to their own mistakes. Should be a red flag to the business owner right there.

There was a young Caucasian women with pink hair.... her hair was in a messy bun with a lot of her hair hanging out.... that is not acceptable!! All it takes for one piece of hair to fall into someone’s food. There was a young man mopping while customers coming in.... it was 8:20 and you guys close at 9 PM. The mopping should have waited till closing. I had to walk super carefully to not fall. This same young man lacks Discernment. He was hovering over me while I was paying so that he could wipe off a counter.... again this could have waited!!! There were several employees with filthy shirts. The score said 99 for this store... i don’t trust it. I will not be coming back. The sad part is it’s in the Afton Ridge shopping center, so it should be better. Read moreNormally, I come here and I have a good experience, but not today. I placed an order through the app, scheduled for pick-up @5:53. I get there and my order is not there, the girl working at the counter ( was nice and helpful) starts looking in the system until they realise that someone walked out with my order (they announced it out loud) I told her that I had to be to work @6 and could not be late. I waited 10 minutes for them to remake my sandwich. They started to make it and pushed it to the side and continued to fix other people's sandwiches. I feel like that was terrible customer service. If you let someone leave with my order, then I should have been accommodated for that. It wasn't until I asked to speak to the manager, that they decided to make my sandwich.
