I accidentally ordered my pickup order at a different location! Before I realized this, the owner approached me and asked if I have been helped. He was very present and engaged with employees and customers at the front of the house right from the start.

I told him I was just there for pickup. Then realized it was the wrong store! Without even a second after the realization, he was on the phone with the other store to have them transfer my order over to this store. He runs both stores! Incredible. I walk back up to the counter shortly after to pick up my order. I said I will eat it here, outside on the patio. The server/woman who delivered food to tables, automatically said she will bring it to me! Even though it was already made and I was capable of doing it myself. It was an amazing experience. After she dropped off my food, she asked if I’d prefer regular silverware as opposed to plastic. The owner followed her out and gave me extra sauces and dressing for my salad. Y’all… this has been by far the BEST experience I’ve had in such a long, long, long time! The owner set the tone and his employees matched his energy. Amazing.

The owner reminds me of a hospitable New Yorker who loves talking to people and making customers feel at home. Also, he’s just the type of person who gets things done.

I highly recommend this place.

Also, my Mediterranean hummus salad was great. I always get this. I thought I was done with the chicken, only to find out there was more layered underneath. So that’s definitely a plus. Not...

This is by far the best location I have ever eaten at period. It was told to me by a cashier that it's only two years old. I truly hope this food sames the same. You can clearly see they change the cooking grease here. The place it extremely clean. I'm posting pictures so you can see for yourself. I give it 5 stars despite the entrance needs to be improved for those that use wheelchairs. My friend and I help assist a person in a wheelchair gain entry. The doors could be fitted with a automatic open button. The main double door are not really wide enough for some wheelchairs without causes some kind of damage to doors or wheelchairs. But besides this quick fix it's a must visit location. Manager was training at the time of visit and still was serving customers. That's a plus being many managers seem to want things done as they just watch. Two thumbs up for this manager. I must send a shout out to the cooking and the young lady working the line orders. She can really multi task and difficulty someone that can run a fast food or restaurant eatery. I visited this location today February 03, 2021 just before shift change at 5 o'clock. Today I want to Showmars for the first time. I have wanted to try Showmars for a long time and today was the day. We went in and the place is clean and staff is incredibly friendly. My mother ordered a salad, my dad ordered the chicken and rice soup, and I got a burger. When the food came out the salad was HUGE and looked delicious and had a side of fresh pita bread. They had even given my mother an extra dressing for it. My father's soup was a in a nice sized bowl and was the perfect temperature with a side of fresh pita bread. My burger came out and was not correct but they apologized immediately and fixed it within a few minutes. They apologized again and then we tried the food. The food was really good. The restaurant was clean and well lit with large windows and local pictures up on the wall. Parking was clearly marked and well lit. The staff was incredibly helpful, coming over and helping take dishes away when we were done. And all food was served on real dishes which was a really nice change that I appreciated. I would highly recommend this location and look forward to my next visit...
