I am not too happy with this store. First, I got notified that my pizza left the store and was 3 mins away. I went outside to wait for my order, and stood there for 5 or more minutes until my phone notified me that my order has been delivered, BUT I had NO food . So I called up to their store and it took them over 10 minutes to answer the phone just for them to tell me the app wasn't right and that my food hasn't gone out for delivery yet and to call back in 10 minutes. My dad said we had already been waiting, and James decided to get an attitude and was rude to my dad because "he is the only one working there right now there isn't anyone else here". They acted like it was a problem with their app even though I watched the driver come to my neighborhood and disappear.... So I called back 10 min later a girl answered the phone , I asked to get an update on the order for Alisha. She said "oh that's left the store and on the way now so it should be there any min" . I got outside to wait again , and as I'm outside waiting I get a call from dominos saying that their delivery driver told them he handed my order to a guy with a beard. For one thing ALISHA isn't a males name and my order shouldn't have been given to anyone but ME. They asked if I wanted them to remake my order, I got angry because uh yeah ! I haven't even got any pizza yes I need my order remade. Angry with dominos for poor communication and poor customer service, and obviously their driver went to the wrong house. Angry with the bearded guy who thought he would steal my pizza . Angry that I got charged for delivery and in the end had to go pick it up , and no reimbursement was given for picking up their delivery order!! I had children to feed . My remade order looked pretty sloppy. Not much chicken on the BBQ chicken and the crust was so big it took up a big portion of the pizza .. was supposed to be extra cheese on both but definitely could tell there wasn't. Tired of being charged extra for delivery- when i ended up having to pick up, and being charged extra for cheese when they dont make it extra cheese....

My first order was mostly correct. They forgot marinara for the bread bites, but other than that, it was fine.
The second time, I was watching the tracker, and noticed I had been waiting an hour for my food. It hadn't even started being made yet. I called to check in on it. The young person on the phone said they called everyone to tell them the situation. I explained that I had 0 missed calls as I had been watching the tracker the whole time. He proceeded to be disrespectful on the phone. For that reason alone is why I canceled. I would have gone to pick the pizza up, but I didn't get that option. The pizza man did it for me.
This last time, I watched the tracker closer and noticed that when it was still quality checking after 20 mins, I went ahead to call. I knew deliveries were hard for this business, so I asked about the update and how long they thought it would take. He said my food was done, but they had 10 deliveries in front of mine. I said no worries, I will come pick it up. By the time I get there, the delivery driver had left with my food.. and I still beat him to my house by 10 minutes. When he got there my pizza was wrong and he said "and we didn't have any sprite, so I got you this."
This business lacks communication and customer service. I understand every time they get a complaint, they blame it on the lack of delivery drivers, but that is not the only reason they have failed me. They can control the quality of the food and to make sure an order is correct. They might not be able to control drivers, and that's fine. But it's the wrong orders and rude customer service that grinds my gears. This is in...
Read moreI work remotely on Mondays so I placed an order to be delivered around my lunch break. I live less than 5 minutes from the store so I should have picked it up. Took over 40 minutes to deliver. The young lady who delivered it was nice and professional. She told me there was a really large order right before mine. Cool no problem. I ordered a salad, breadsticks and the chicken carbonara NO bacon and what do they do? They put bacon in it. They offered to remake it but after waiting 40+ minutes on the first delivery I declined and asked for a refund on the part that was incorrect. I was told I needed to contact them the following day to make sure the payment went through. Called the next morning when they opened and was told the person I needed to speak with wasn’t there and to call back in the evening. I forgot to call the second time, about a week later I called and was told by a manager that it’s too late to get a refund now. So after going back and forth with calls and online inquiries I was told it would be refunded. That was 24 day ago and still no refund. Don’t order from this Domino’s restaurant.
