Unacceptable manager behavior!
After waiting about 15 minutes for my food I was told by the manager Isaiah that they are cooking fresh chicken and I’ll have to wait a few more minutes. I was in no rush so I was fine with waiting. This quickly changed when I was told this information about 5 mins later as if he hadn’t said it before. It felt very off because he said it very flamboyant way which was very different from how he said it the first time when he had a much lower speaking tone.
This was when I knew things weren’t right because the next thing I knew the drive through window opened and he quickly took the bag of food he was holding reached inside my car and dropped it on my lap. Then with a quick response he said “Now you can leave” with wide eyes as if he was possessed then he shut the window quickly after.
After pulling away from the window I parked my car in the parking lot to make sure I got all of my food after those two rude unsettling interaction’s. I in fact did not get all of my order. So I went inside to get what I payed for. While waiting I noticed that the inside was filthy. Trash all on the floor behind the counter. Pieces of food, wrappers, and a spilled drink laying all over the floor of their work space. Honestly it smelled as if they are having sewer problems and are working in it.
A different employee was able to get me the rest of my order but on my way out I heard someone say “Why was she so angry” in a baby voice. I turn around as I am walking out to see the same manager Isaiah sucking his thumb while talking to the employee who helped me.
I have never seen such a unstable person in a manager position. I suggest KFC to take action immediately and let go of this unstable worker before they make another customer like myself have another unsettling hostile interaction. Not up to health standards as well.

Read moreI replaced an order today through the drive through, two orders of 2 for $5 wraps. I was told at the window it will be a 5 minutes wait and I said it’s fine with me. After waiting 18 minutes I went inside the restaurant to check on my order and was chocked to see a white skinny girl with glasses dancing by the cooler and no one around the front counter to assist me. After waited a few minutes she came and asked me if someone already helped me and I said no. Then the Somalian guy, the food cook asked her what order is he waiting on? I said the two order of wraps so I got the order and went to my vehicle and after driving a little bit I discovered the order wasn’t accurate because it supposed to be 2 spicy slow, one classic and one BBQ but what I got is three spicy slow and classic so I turned around from the drive through and informed the black girl who took my order at first that the order inaccurate then the Somalian guy came out and started arguing with me that the order is correct because he just fixed it so I took all the wraps and started showing him one by one and still that didn’t convince him. The restaurant from inside is very old looking and probably the owner is waiting for the Lease to be up so he could disappear and leave for good. Why I had to wait more than half an hour for 4 chicken wraps? Why the employees arguing with me? I never heard an apology from them? This restaurant won’t make it and will be shut down within short period of time. It too sad to see who the food industry changed for the bad that no one wants to work or provide a decent customer service and on the other hand they complain about can’t find a job. Read moreTonight we picked up a simple order, while my daughter was in line the workers were rude and kept telling her to wait even though there was no one in line ahead of her. When she got home, we realized that we were missing items from each meal ordered. I called the store and tried to speak to whomever answered the phone. The man that answered was very rude and told me to I was wrong that the missing items were not part of the order. I corrected him and he told me to drive back. I asked if they could send me a coupon so we didn't have to drive back. He said I could come back and get the food. I asked how anyone would know that we should get free food and he couldn't answer me. I then asked for the manager and he would not give me the manager's name. He told me to hold and then left me sitting on the phone for over 12 minutes before coming back to the phone. While on hold, we heard the staff talking about us and telling us to just "F-off". Finally, after the 12 minutes a man named Hector came back on the phone telling us that he was the manager and no one else was over him. We asked for the owner and at first he refused. Throughout, he kept telling us to hold and would not come back on the line for several minutes. This is the most mismanaged establishment I have ever come into contact with and that is saying a lot.
