It's Just Wings — Restaurant in Kansas City

Tried to pick up an order and not only did they never come out to give us our food, but the employee Mandy basically screamed at us when we went in to get it.

Maybe she thought we were DoorDashing but that's no excuse to treat someone that way.

Their weird set up inside of Chilli's is hard to find and their staff doesn't care. So the food was cold and disgusting when we got it. Every time I've tried to order from them something has gone wrong. I'm done.

Yeah sauce was NOT on the side but slathered all over the box, tenders, and fries. Fries which are now a mush of bbq sauce and potato. I threw it away as it was NOT what was pictured or described. I mean how can you not see 1/2 a bottle of sauce will ruin fries AND MENU SAYS SAUCE IS ON THE SIDE!!!! Oh and yeah also cold. Not like took 15mins to get here cold like cooked...

I order from here a lot on doordash, the hours are a bit weird (i think its doordash tho not the store itself, i order off of doordash) but its no biggie the cicken is good, good price, comes with fries too which is nice, i personally like the food a lot ive never had a bad experience like cold food or just not cooked or not sauced its always...
