I walked in February 3rd, 2024 with my friend Chris and I want to say that the service was friendly and the food was good. I just feel it would have been a more positive experience for me had it been warmer inside. The lobby was at least 59 degrees and after sitting down to eat in the lobby with my friend, I began to feel cold. After going back out to my vehicle to obtain my jacket I still felt cold. Well, I told an employee about it and he said that he would do something about it. I think he may have tried to fix the issue, but we still felt too cool. When my friend and I returned to our vehicle outdoor we both noticed that it felt warmer outside than inside Taco Bell. When we started to drive off, my vehicle temperature read about 59 degrees Fahrenheit. It felt much warmer by the pay station and grilling station. I think I know what happened. The team at Taco Bell wanted to cool down the grill team during their shifts, but they may have innocently forgotten that in doing so they are significantly cooling down the lobby. If I had brought my girlfriend here to eat in the lobby she might have asked to leave early. Women don't like to be cold. My friend Chris and I stayed to finish our meal, but please don't forget about the lobby temperature. As you keep the lobby more comfortable I believe that you will increase your sales and profit at this store and guest will feel more comfortable. Thank you and thanks for...
Read moreI love the idea of Taco Bell and even the taste can be a great late night or comfort food. BUT. I have food allergies and this is the absolute worst place to order food if you have food allergies. I order like normal, in the drive thru or via the app where I can make the modifications I need to in order to be able to eat it. Every single location, and this one is no different, never, and I mean never, takes the proper precautions to ensure that I don't get the items I am allergic to in/on my food. Open new bags, wipe surfaces, change gloves. I know its a hassle but I am a paying customer and for once, I would love to confidently order food from Taco Bell. Do better, please. End of general rant. For this location specifically, the person taking my order was rude and made me feel like my food allergies were an inconvenience and they must have been because my food had the item I specifically requested be removed due to allergies. First bite and I knew. Waste of money and time because I still had to go elsewhere to get lunch I could actually eat. I don't recommend Taco Bell if you have severe food allergies. Outside of that, enjoy the late night comfort of this delicious, bad for your health, hot mess of food. Also, wish they would bring back the caramel apple empanada! It...
Read moreI came in to this Taco Bell to get dinner with the wife. We ordered some food and saw that one of the items spilled opened. So the wife went to go ask the ladie who was working if she can remake it and all she did was rewrapped it and gay it back to the wife with attitude. We arrive home. We had a few this missing and half of our items we spilled. So I drove back and I told the short red head women that we are missing items and all these items were ruined. So I asked her if she can remake the whole order. She said well I can give you the items that are missing but I won’t remake the order. I said why not they are destroyed. She said it’s up to us if we want to or not. Then had the audacity to tell me I’m sorry perceived that way and the entire time she was not trying to understand where he’s coming from or listen to me she kept interrupting and this whole entire time she was giving me attitude so sorry to say I’m never coming back to this Taco Bell ever and I have the worst customer service ever. I’ve had several incidents with this one in particular, but this just topped it off. It was a short red head woman so if y’all come to this one. Come at your own risk. I would rather drive further to get better service and better...
