I LITERALLY JUST GOT THE PHONE HUNG UP IN MY FACE FROM THE BARTENDER DUE TO HER LACK OF EMPATHY FOR MY MESSED UP ORDER!!! I NOT ONCE USED PROFANITY GOT RUDE OR ANYTHING & SHE SIMPLY LACKED EMPATHY!!! I ADVISED HER MY CHICKEN FRIED CHICKEN WAS OVER COOKED BEING BURNT ON THE OTHER SIDE! My BANG BANG SHRIMP HAD ABSOLUTELY NO BANG BANG SAUCE ONLY FRIED SHRIMP W/ GREEN ONIONS!!! I wanted to eat at what used to be one of my favorite late night eats but the price has increased drastically!!! I was immediately informed I would need to get a refund for my money back! I said wouldâve I didnât want a refund? She said well I cannot help you! I said well can you explain why 1 my shrimp didnât come as I ordered! Note to myself: If I paid almost $20.00 for some bang bang (w/sauce) shrimp why I didnât receive that (even on the side wouldâve been nice)? Since she was clueless & didnât know what to do cus as she stated she didnât bag my order (in which I even had to ask for napkins & utensils)! I asked her well can you ask The Chef why my shrimp didnât hv sauce on them etc.? Her: Iâm not getting The Chef on the phone for that (I didnât want on the phone but to simply ask an ?)!    Read moreI really hated to give Lews 3 âď¸but my family and I have been going to Lews since we moved from Az in 2017. Never have I had such bad service. She didnât want to accommodate the kids. Thatâs never happened. They have kids meals but no kids drinks so usually we can get an orange juice and cranberry mixed. She said we donât do that. Thatâs for adults who are drinking. đłđłSo we got the cranberry juice but my grandson didnât drink and then knocked over his sisters sprite because he couldnât get what he wanted. I ordered green beans for the kids she brought fries. There was bacon in the nachos. She looked like she was forcing herself to be nice. She never cleared off the table. She stood around talking. 2 times I had to get up. We sit in the same front booth next to the kitchen all of the time. We are there at least 2to 4 times a month. Maybe not always together but we have a big family. She didnât introduce herself either. She is the black heavy set lady with a lot of make up on and short hair. If you want excellent service sit at the bar. My ticket was $47 I tipped her a $ on the pay check app and a dollar faced upside down in cash. I doubt she even knows what that means. While the ranch does notably improve everything on the menu, and is good enough to raw dog as a shot (I might have done this), all the food is incredible by itself. Occasionally the fries are a little pale and flaccid, but the staff is always nice about making it right!
Beer list is among the best and most diverse in the metro, and the couple cocktails I've had were delightful. You can also get MalĂśrt, which is hard to find (highly recommend...trust me bro).
Have enjoyed garnishing my paycheck at Tuesday Trivia here for years, and it has become a favorite local haunt on quieter nights. I've been for New Year's, Halloween, and a couple customer appreciation nights around Christmas (super fun, they have a free Gingerbread house decorating contest). Always a relaxed environment and not too crowded.
My only honest criticism/feedback for management (besides selling take-home bottles of Ranch) would be to consider listing prices for the beer/cocktail list. Food and drinks are starting to get really expensive as-is, and some canned beers can easily reach or exceed $10.
