OMG worst experience ever. McDonald's at 79th and State line was is atrocious. I pulled up to the inner drive through someone pulled into the outer drive through after me and their order was taken first. Then the next car pulled up to the outer drive-thru and their order was taken ahead of me as well. So I parked and went in agitated of course and the first gal did not even apologize for the inconvenience or for the drive-thru not working properly. all she did was proceed to make excuses tell me that it was not her fault. She should have diffused the situation, apologize and told me what can I do to make this better. Then she got some other gal from the back explain to her for a couple of minutes before she came out front this girl also did not apologize or try to make the situation any better. At the same time first person was chiming in from the background and neither one of them cared if the problem was rectified or if I left a happy customer. Basically told me they didn't have to serve me. I called corporate office we'll see what happens. The lack of customer service and this world right now, including McDonald's is horrendous. It seems that no one cares about the customer. I wish I could leave 1/4 * or a 1/2 *. All the first person wouldn't have needed to do say I'm sorry sir for your inconvenience how can I make this right. instead they both chose to get defensive and escalate the situation. Read moreWent through the drive thru on my way home to get something for dinner. Have ordered the Quarter Pounder with cheese before and usually it’s fine. Got home with it for my dinner and it looked like someone had dumped black pepper and salt all over it!!! 😝 Didn’t have time to drive back and complain or reorder it! Your food prices have really gone up!!! It was going to be $10.00 for a quarter pounder w/cheese, a small fry and a large soft drink. The only deal was the $1.00 soft drink! Then after taking my order home for my dinner and seeing and tasting how someone prepared it, I was VERY DISAPPOINTED! Looked like it had been dumped on the floor and put on to a bun....awful! Not up to anyone’s standards and then to be charged for something so over seasoned and not able to eat my meal....makes me quite upset to spend my hard earned money that way!!!! Tried to call the State Line store in Kansas City, Missouri, but no answer!
Just thought this store should know how bad their product was on the evening of 7-31/18. Probably won’t be my go to McDonald’s,again! Hope someone in charge of that McDonalds gets this review and does something about the product they...

Location has a kids play area.
The exterior presents well from your car but there are the common gum and grease track on the concrete which require power washing.
There was plenty of parking and handicap parking.
Bathroom was clean.
At lunch time , staff kept the tables and the dinning room clean. Kudos for pre-bussing my table too.
I had a plain cheeseburger , well done french fries , apple pie and a sprite. Sprite - good Apple pie - not really hot French fries were - okay Cheeseburger - well - not cool, the cheeseburger evidently had at least ketchup on it and they scraped it off and tried to reuse it. I always look at mine and caught it immediately and took it back and gave it to the person who looked in charge , she said she’d fix it. She did fix it but never apologized for the issue. While it was fixed , if someone with a specific allergy could have eaten it and got sick or if it was a drive through order the purchaser would have gotten down the road and….
