McDonald's — Restaurant in Kansas City

This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to the staff is rude I asked if the ice cream machine worked they said it did and refused my order even though last time I paid in the ap and lost my money for four days and I was just explaining I didn’t want to do that and they acted like the police of how I have to order no one likes being policed just take the order the way the customer gives it ask questions to ensure accuracy put the extra sauces in bags for people smile and do the job they woman got a temper and raised her voice even though I was patient with her about this she was not I wouldn’t recommend this McDonald’s unless you want to feel like your being trained on how to be a better customer they can’t handle a two lane drive through they can’t even handle one they made me wait 5 minutes before acknowledging me even before that hire better people who are not rude to customers or you will loose your customers that’s all this person also said she was the manager hard to believe a manager would speak to a customer this way like who promoted you without all the customer service training

Must be seriously understaffed to have your employees so frustrated they yell at a customer for trying to explain why they ordered in what they say is an incorrect way to order this is why I shop target and not Walmart because target doesn't police me and make me prove I did self check out right and be rude about it when they are short staffed

I went there today around 1:30 the lady asked me if I wanted my receipt and I told her no I proceeded to the next window the lady at the next window asked me did I pay for my food I told her yes and she said well it's showing that you didn't pay even though I did I have where I get notifications on my phone through text messages and also emails when my card is swiped it was only $3 but still the lady from the back window came running up to the front window saying that she needed my debit card again because I didn't pay for it I told her that it came out of my account and I have proof to show her but I gave it to her again because it just $3 and some change I ordered a pack of three cookies and also apple pie in a large dr. Pepper the lady from the first window brings back my card and said here you go ahead your card and I told her that it came out twice again and he walked away I'm assuming to go get a manager because they closed the window without giving me my order I finally wave someone down that was at the second window to get my order so I can leave I wasn't trying to make a scene and there was about three cars behind me so I just left it was only $3 but it's the simple fact when I get home to eat the apple pie there was no sticker on it and the feeling inside the crust was literally dried up it was unedible so basically I just spent $6 and some change for some cookies and a dried up apple pie and also...
