Three times I have been and 1-2 hours before close they don’t have any food left on the hot table. This could be overlooked if it wasn’t for the part where they refuse to make more and tell anyone that comes in “oh well we don’t have anything but orange chicken left.” If it was 10 min before I close I get it, but no 90 minutes before close is ridiculous and there is no need to he outright rude.
This makes no sense because they were getting to go orders to fill but had nothing to fill them with and weren’t trying to make more. They also actively prioritize the to go orders over the people standing in front of them. “Sorry I have to do all these” said the employee. After waiting about 10 min I got what was left on the hot table and it wasn’t enough for a whole entree so orange chicken or orange chicken it was. They even ran out of rice and lo mein and were not making more.
The hot table is always filthy. I would say they’re actually adequately staffed. they have 3-4 employees and 2-3 lounging around in no hurry, on break or hanging about but neither cleaning nor cooking more food.
I’ll be ordering from Chopsticks next door from now on. Chopsticks is always polite and the food is fresh and hot. They fill to go pickup orders quickly and eating in has always...
Read moreAnother place where the food is better than the service. Maybe that's not always a bad thing, however when you and another guest are the only two people to come inside a empty Panda Express you would expect fast customer service. That's not quite the case here and although I've had better service at other locations, however my most recent visit to this location was not stellar to say the least. Myself and a friend had to wait 5 mins while workers looked on until my friend decided to ask the staff if they were closed. Nobody said a single thing for an awkward 30 seconds until he asked again a little more direct. Finally it caught the attention of another worker and he came up to take our orders. Not exactly sure how you can space the only two customers in the building but that's what happens these days. Nonetheless the food was good and hot, tasty, and prepared as you would expect. The food was 4 stars in my book while the customer service was 1.5. I'm not too hard to please. It's very easy and I think most would agree that all anyone wants is to have positive customer service and hot tasty food. The establishment can literally be a hole in the wall and people will still continue to come...

They finally give me my egg rolls And I go home next thing to find out he forgot something else by large plate they gave me double orange chicken but forgot the kung pow chicken completely. I would just like people to take their time and make sure the orders are complete instead of me having to go out of my way to make sure my order is correct and still be missing things by the...
