This business is not even worth of a star. I had them fix my bangles, 21K; one was broken and the other was cricket. When I first took the bangles to them, they examined them and assured me that they will fix them without any problems. The only thing that the guy said was that the broken one will show that it has been fixed due to the pattern on the bangle and I said I understand that. When I went to take them back, the color on the part that has been fixed was totally different than the rest of the bangle and the one that has been straightened now has a crack that can break anytime. When I questioned why, the guy started yelling. They have ruined my bangles, but expected me to be happy as they didn't charge me for it. So, they basically wanted me to be happy for waiving 60 for ruining at least 1500 $ bangles. The funny part is that the guy was telling me that he will not accept repairs from me any more...I laughed and said, will I bring you anything again. They don't look legitimate, plus I couldn't find them in...

I've had semi-precious stones replaced on two pieces, one sterling and the other just a piece of vintage costume jewelry, but they treated them both like 14k gold. The stones they replaced look like they're part of the original piece. My kids bought my last two Mother's Day gifts here and were treated very well on their own, even at their young age. I wouldn't recommend...

One day after we retrieved them, the bracelet came apart again in the same place, and the necklace did the same 2 days after that. We brought them back to have them fixed again given that the work was apparently improperly done, or to get our money back. As soon as we handed the bracelet to the woman at the counter, she instantly claimed that these were fresh breaks. It was obvious to us that this outfit did not stand behind its work, so we left. Ultimately we gave this company $100 for nothing. We intend to take the pieces to a reputable jeweler for...
