They lied, wasted both my time and theirs and did absolutely nothing but keep my parts for a week. I don't know about the company as a whole, but this location is worthless for PC repairs. I called and asked if they repaired PC motherboards. They said yes and that they would diagnose the motherboard for free and then give us an estimate, if it was repairable.
I asked if they needed any other components or if I could bring just the MB. The guy said they preferred the system whole but it wasn't completely necessary. So I took it in with a working processor and ram installed with a working PSU and cooler. When dropping it off I again explicitly explained to them what was wrong, and that ALL parts were working except the MOTHERBOARD which is the sole purpose of the visit. I told them it powers on but will not post or detect the CPU.
4 days later I get a text saying that they "tested all parts and found all work but the motherboard" and it's ready for pickup... Okaay? I responded politely saying thanks, but did you figure out what was wrong with it, and is it repairable? Their response was a literal copy/paste of the first message. Their message says "You can respond to this message, or give us a call" but that's clearly bs and I was completely ignored.
When I went to pick it up I asked again if they actually checked the MB and if it was repairable. The guy at the front looked up the notes which said they checked the parts and the MB was not working. I lost my patience and told him I already knew that and asked again, did they actually diagnose the MB or not? Then he started reading off the notes again, and I think they must have an internal use only section that he accidentally read. Because one part said "We did half the work for them, now they know the MB is bad and can be replaced since they bought it separately from the system". Or something very close to that. How are you going to sit there and say you did half the work for me by telling me what I already knew and told you MULTIPLE times!?
Such a gigantic waste of time and effort driving 30 minutes for lies. This locations manager...
Read moreI had just come from a 45min wait at t-mobile for them to tell me they couldn’t help me and referred me to the ubreak /ifix store up the street. I had never been in your store before and was not optimistic about walking out with a repaired phone, but decided to give us a shot anyway. If there was any hope of repairing my phone rather than having to go through the hassle of getting a whole new phone, I was going to at least try. when I walked in, I was greeted immediately and told that it was gonna be a minute or two before I could be helped. Less than 30 seconds a gentleman came from the back and asked me what the problem was with my phone. Xavier was super polite took my phone , inspected it, grabbed a tool and started , what looked like, playing the game Operation on my phone. Less than five minutes after walking in the store , Xavier handed me my completely working phone and i couldn’t believe it!! I probably would’ve tried to hug and kiss him if he hadn’t been behind the counter and out of my reach! Lol I asked how much I owed and he said don’t worry about it and smiled.. I am a 2nd generation multiple business owner and am hyper-aware of positive and negative aspects of different kinds of businesses. I had never been in your store before, but was aware of it. i honestly had never given the store much credibility due mostly to the funny name. I was absolutely wrong!! Not only was the business convenient, efficient and very helpful, but they have also been able to identify great people as their employees. anytime I have any problems with my phone in the future i will definitely try this store first. It’s been a couple hours since I was in the store and I’ve already told half a dozen people about my experience, if that tells you anything! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! thank you again. I really appreciate...

I had been dragging my feet for almost two months after my Google Pixel suffered a drop (and possibly some water damage) that left the screen completely black. I assumed the phone was done for and had basically written it off as an expensive paperweight.
On a whim, I walked into uBreakiFix, hoping maybe they could at least diagnose the issue. Robb greeted me, listened to a brief explanation of the problem, and—without any hesitation—took the phone to the back. I kid you not: within 3 minutes, he brought my Pixel back to life.
It was working perfectly. Not just functioning, but fully operational like nothing had ever happened.
The speed, professionalism, and sheer knowledge Robb demonstrated were beyond anything I expected. He made what I had built up in my mind as a complicated, expensive fix seem effortless. The price? More than reasonable—especially for the peace of mind and incredible outcome I received.
The entire store had a welcoming, competent vibe, but Robb in particular was nothing short of extraordinary. You don’t often encounter service like that—genuine, fast, and absolutely expert.
If you’re even considering getting a device repaired, don’t hesitate. Go see Robb at uBreakiFix. I truly cannot recommend him highly enough. He turned my brick of a phone into a fully functioning device in under five minutes. I’m...
