This Taco bell is a disaster with personnel, all the way up to manager. On 11/16 the Drive through was literally a parking lot. Everyone was turning there cars off and on to wait the next 5 minutes for the car in front to proceed. From entering the drive through to taking my order was 13 minutes to get to the window it was an additional 12 minutes and to get my order was an additional 5 minutes, 30 minute in total. And they were STILL CHARGING they owe me for the gas I spent idling, starting my car for that period of time. I asked if in the future I needed to make a reservation and the blase attitude of the order taker was "oh we're short a hand". Even still if they had that extra "hand" how much time would that have decreased from my wait time!? I wanted to go but was boxed in and was having an anxiety attack from TACO bell's drive through, They would not answer the phone, I called the one on Roe in Kansas and they said they would reach out to a DM to help me get out, But Taco bell on Linwood turned their phones off. I called the one back on Roe to plead for help and she said the Taco Bell on Linwood is not answering their phone, and she would get an area coach?? I nearly called 911 to get me out my anxiety was so severe. Also the manager there purposefully told the cashier not to give receipts, how do I know this? They have always given me receipts I go to this one once a week for 6 years. Never again. The manager told them not to give out receipts due to the survey on the back of them. But since I used a credit card I will show that as proof of my visit when I reach out to a VP of ops for this company. 1: Do not go here if you want fast food wait times are 20 minutes and more. 2: do not go here if you do not enjoy parking lots in the Drive through. 3: Do not go here if you have anxiety and claustrophobia as I do and did not think Taco Bell would take 30 minutes to be STUCK and no way out whatsoever, plan for 911.Who is the District manager here? who is customer relations here? Honestly to let this kind of problem exist for this long of a time (YEP READ OTHER GOOGLE REVIEWS) Does not Care (upper management) and is just looking for the next quick buck. I am still upset Taco Bell nearly landed me in the...
Read moreWorst taco bell I've ever been to. They take FOREVER. Being as I'm a cook, I actually try not to let this one bother me too much. I get it, cooking food takes time, but come on. I can make a burrito with actually ingredients faster. Everyone seems out of it, and here's the best part...they always get my order wrong here. Is all I ask for is no cheese, no sour cream and please grill it. Thats ALL. Sometimes it comes out grilled but missing an ingredient that I didn't ask to omit, sometimes it's not grilled and is missing ingredients...one time they messed my order up back to back, even the replacement was wrong. This time they messed up 4 things with the burrito. Simple things I saw on the screen, so I know they heard me. The other day it was 20 minutes waiting for 2 bean and rice burritos. I try not to complain about too much, like I said I get it. Kitchen life can be stressful, but come on. Get it together. Sometimes after I've had a hard day at work, I just want to get some nasty Taco Bell so I don't have to deal with making food, but it's honestly more stressful. Never...
Read moreI came through the drive today on my lunch break and have been through this drive thru 4 times in the last month. Angie has been the one to take my order each time and each time she is loud and clear, reads back the order to make sure every thing is correct, she’s precise, she’s friendly and each time I pull up to pay and get my food she is fast and friendly.
The very first time I came through the drive thru I ordered a Mexican Pizza and she was quick to tell me they were all out, I started ordering something else and she said “I’m just playing with you)….I got my Mexican pizza. I pulled up to the window and we both had a laugh. In a world where a lot of people are uptight and in a rush, we need more Angie’s and I thank her because that particular day was stressful for me.
When I pulled up to the window today Kiesha (I probably didn’t spell that right) was at the window with Angie, to take my payment and hand over the food. She had a big smile, was fast and friendly also so thank you to you both for making my day better, you guys are...
