Learn moreI went through the drive-through on Saturday afternoon and ordered me a number seven. The lady that was on the speaker was extremely rude while she was taking my order. I pulled up to the window to pay for my food and the same lady that took my order, she was a long blonde haired lady older with glasses wearing a Wendy’s ball cap. The Wendy’s employee female employee was extremely rude at the window. she would not give me a receipt for my food. She slammed the window closed. She then came back and opened up the window and told me that I had to move forward. There was nobody else in the restaurant or the drive-through. The female Wendy’s employee told me that I had to pull forward because corporate has a timer system and that if I sit at the window that it will mess up her timer and she will get in trouble with corporate so they want me to pull forward so that it doesn’t affect the timer. And I told her that I’ve worked in the restaurant business for a long time. And the reason for that timer is so that you can have good customer service and get the fast food out in a fast time. She slam the door shut on me. The female Wendy’s employee then came back slammed the window open threw the food at me through the window I said ma’am you don’t have to be rude at that time a larger male tall male employee came over to the window and the female Wendy’s employee slammed the door window on me and turned around and didn’t acknowledge me after that. So I had food in my car.I will never go back to this restaurant ever again even though it’s closer to my house I will definitely be driving further to go to a different...
Read moreI am very upset with this place for multiple reasons...I had a job interview couple weeks back,i did great,had a guy named Andrew give me the interview,then as the first interview wrapped up he said I'd need to come back and talk to a female manager,i come back that's not the person I'm suppose to talk to,they sit me down and make me wait for the GM,well I sat their for over a half hour,and I see him walk out and clean the lobby twice,just to finally be stopped by the guy who originally interview me,to point out hey you have to Interview this girl,..well he sits down doesn't even remember my name after three times telling him,he asks me two questions then goes well I been on vacation idk what were doing here I got to get back with Andrew then I never heard anything for a week. I finally call to get told were busy call tomorrow,so I did,i get the GM he says idk what Andrew is wanting to do call me next week,i said fine,i called the next week to get told he has two pages of employees,i don't need anymore...but mind you at the first interview he said we need closers because worlds of fun is open..he the. Said call in another week so I I'd,to get the GM who seems to no nothing says oh we hired eight teenagers we don't need you your to qualified! I mean seriously I'm a single mom told you I need the income I'd work holidays over time anything but I'm the one to get the boot BC they want teenagers to pay minimum wage..this store is a joke then I try to go thru drive thru for food and they messed up my sandwich then forgot my kids fries....get it together or let people like me work and make orders right!!!!!!!!!...
Read moreVery poor drive thru experience approximately 10 something pm. Can't say time exactly because I wasn't given a receipt nor was there a receipt on our bag! We ordered a biggie bag with the Jr bacon double, 2 bacon double stacks, and chili with cheese and onion. Total bill was $15.91 We received a jr bacon single as the biggie bag sandwich, 1 bacon double stack and a regular double stack. The chili didn't have cheese or onions and didn't come with spoon, crackers, or the chili sauce we asked for. We asked for 2 frostychinos but was told there was no coffee. We then asked for strawberry frostys and told they were out of frostys. That's not the worse part...we watched the order taker throw her arms up in the air and walk away from the window only to come back to tell us that they were out of frostys. But there's more. When we got to the window we were told our bill was $15.91! I gave her my card and she ran it. Then she told us we owe $1 something and asked to run my card again. I looked up my bank and the $15.91 was taken so I told her and showed her that the funds were already paid. She said register was acting up and then made a big deal saying, "it's just a $1." This was the worse experience I have ever had at this Wendy's! I also have never been told I owe more money after a transaction has gone through. What's up with that! Anyway, this is my review of this store for May 5th, 2023 after 10 pm. P.S. I wasn't going to give any star but it doesn't post...
