I love Feng Cha! They're one of the two best boba places in town, especially if you care about consistency. Every other boba shop in town has struggled with consistency: you go once and it's excellent, but the next time it's horrid. Feng Cha does not have that problem. I've been dozens of times at both Wichita Feng Cha locations, and they have delivered every single time! Their flavors are also on point, especially their taro milk tea, and their boba is always just the right texture. I also love how easy it is to customize your drink here, and they have a wider range of sweetness levels than some places in town. A bunch of young idiots work here. The stupid kiosk system for ordering drinks is confusing and can lead to ordering mistakes. If this happens the kids working there have no clue on how to fix the problems: it was suggested that "I guess you could order again to get what you want". So the fix for an ordering mistake is to spend more money to actually get the drink you wanted.

Stick to using the app to order (though that has its own problems) and hopefully you don't have an issue with what they made or go to one of the other million boba places in...

I ordered a drink from the register on the counter and paid for it. When I went to get my drink, I was asked my order number. I told the girl working, and then she asked me to show her the text to prove it. She didn’t ask the customer behind me to prove it when she was taking several drinks.
