Hotworx is the bomb diggity! I fell in love with the crew and the services offered! In fact, so much so that I invited my Mom and Husband to try it once, and they now have memberships too!

I love the fact that you can do everything at your own pace. The workouts can be as intense or as modified as you want. I've never sweat so much in my life, and I feel incredible after every work out.

I tell every one I meet to give it a try at least once! And when I wear the Hotworx attire, I run into strangers that recognize it and they get so excited and tell me how much they love it too.

I have also purchased every single one of their products and have never been let down! Especially with their Hot Exercise Gel. It helps with all of my aches and pains from getting old during my work outs, lol. Then I use their lemon scented towelettes after or even during. I love them so much, I asked to have extras special ordered.

Been coming here for about a year now. I love the convenience of the quick workouts and privacy of the gym. Ashlee B is the best VI! I wish the saunas were a bit taller, as I am 6’5” and cycling/any of the iso classes can be hard. I have to make sure that I reserve an iso class by myself so that I can stretch corner to corner in order to fit. The shower room…. is also concerning. Very often do I end up having to do a sink bath because they shower is clogged and not draining properly. Having another shower room would also be beneficial as I find myself waiting at times. I would also love some disinfectant wipes in the bathrooms because some members are disrespectful and urinate everywhere… For the cost of this gym I just expect more. Absolutely love HotWorx! It has been a great complement to my high intensity interval training, and has been great for my inflammation issues. It has also helped immensely with my constant soreness, and has thus allowed me to work out more frequently! I sleep MUCH better after my HOTWORX sessions, and I find that my appetite is decreased. My joints are much happier thanks to the infrared saunas and the pre and post stretching, and the 24 hour availability leaves you with zero excuses!
