Edit 3/22/2022: The pull around to the front trend seems to have mostly resolved. They do occasionally ask to pull around to the front but in more appropriate circumstances (When there is a wait time for fresh food and there are multiple cars behind you) not just by default to make it looks good on paper. I am tired of this trend "Can you pull around to the front." Yes with a period because you have no choice. All to fudge the numbers for the appearance of better customer service. Meanwhile you are driving loyal customer away. I understand when there is a line and you have a big order or something needs to be made fresh, but when I am the only one in line and no one else ever even shows up. Why even have a drive through. I know this has nothing to do with this location and is a corporate policy but something has to be done. The food is always great at this location as well. Please do something...

After I ordered through the drive thru, I was told me to go to the front and they would take my food. After waiting 15 mins in the car, I went inside and asked about my food. After a few more mins I was told that it got handed out to someone else and they would have to remake the food. After waiting another 10 more mins the girl said OK,here you go. I asked for my receipt and she had to dig it out because it was already discarded. Looked in the bag and the order was missing food. I told them and they said no is inside the bag. After taking the food back out of the bag they finally believed that it was missing food. So, after waiting again, I got all the food that I paid for.

Not mad about them giving my food to someone else, I understand that things like this can happen. However I am mad that the manager or lead never came up to me and tried to make the situation better or apologize. I don't care how busy a place is, you make tune to try to make things right with the customer. Very disappointing...

Ordered online.. went in to pick up my order that I waited a good 20 mins for my order. Ordered at 5:28 and left the store at 5:55. But oh the entertainment I had, there were two ladies practically dry humping the counter in order to flirt with the employees working. Come to find out Madilyn one of the young ladies loves her job so much that she felt she needed to be in there distracting her fellow teammates on her day off. So maybe she needs more hours. Also standing up at the counter eating her food and picking hair and whatever else off of her red headed friend’s pants. The manager obviously does not have a pair to tell the employees whether clocked in or not to act appropriately.
