Ding Tea Katy — Restaurant in Katy

One of the worse bubble tea I've been to. I order the Hokkaido Oolong Milk tea and the Top Fruit Tea. The hokkaodon oolong milk tea was really just water and non dairy milk cremer. There was no tea and oolong has a very distinctive taste so you would know if it's in there (and it was, it was very small amount). I also had the top fruit tea for my friend. She said it was just syrup and water.

The worker is not knowledgeable either and can't seem to compile simple request. Also she didnt explain the sizing very well. In some ways it was good since the drinks were terrible and I ended up throwing them away.

Overall it was a waste of time and money.

Edit in response to the owner: there is no way I would come back and visit. I can understand if you can't make kumquat Logan tea that's up to you and your business (and most bubble tea area I've been to can do request such as that. So partly my fault since that is what I am used to). I wasn't even upset about that and I chose another tea. But my main concern, which you did not respond to is that you or your worker can't make bubble tea. I responded that your bubble tea is terrible. The reason I dont come back is not because you can't make certain drinks but because you can't make decent bubble teas....

Love this place so so much! All of their drinks are amazing but their Wintermelon Green Tea is hands down the best I’ve ever had. The staff are also the most welcoming, attentive, and efficient people I have met. You will always be greeted as you enter and leave the store. You’ll never have to wait extremely long for your order to be ready either. The Katy location is my go-to but both locations maintain the same amazing drink quality and friendliness. The store interior is also consistently kept clean and decorated, it exudes a comfortable, warm feeling. Definitely a great place to get some work done throughout the weekday or meet with friends on a weekend! I would strongly recommend everyone to try Ding Tea, if I could give more than 5 stars I would!
