Our first visit here yesterday was absolutely horrible! From the moment we arrived and were sat, it was disappointing. 1. Our waitress came over and did not smile or anything. She asked what we wanted to drink. We asked if there was a happy hour drink menu and she pointed to the happy hour appetizer menu. We said that doesn’t have drinks. She then went to the hostess stand and the hostess came over to us and said “ I gave you the menu it’s small and pink”. Perplexed , we looked around, and it was hidden under our son’s kid menu. Our mistake, instead of basically arguing with us , they could have just given us another menu. What’s the big deal with us having an additional menu. They gave only 1 happy hour drink menu that hubby and I had to share. The waitress walked off before we could say to just please bring us some water in the mean time. We finally got her attention to get 4 waters. 2. She finally comes back over, again not smiling and very gruff and asks if we were ready to order. We ordered various items from the happy hour menu and 2 kids meals. 3. The food was not very good. The food came out luke warm as if it was sitting for a long time. A manager (we assume) came by later to ask if everything was okay and hubby asked if we could order the Thai wings and if they could come out hotter in Temperature because the other food was not very warm. She put our order in, never did she ask if we wanted any of the lukewarm items removed from our tab. She could have seen that we had not touched the bites. The wings came out hot this time and fast, but in the middle we got concerned as it seemed undercooked. So, we didn’t finish it and were scared because our kids had eaten a wing and were afraid of salmonella. 4. My husband ordered a second beer from our gruff waitress and the second beer tasted off. With the waitress no where around ( besides the manager person checking on us only one time) our waitress never asked if our food was good or if we were okay or needed anything, hubby went to the bar himself and expressed that the beer tasted weird. He sampled another and got a different one but it still tasted off he said. 5. The gruff waitress brought the check and never said thank you. My husband selected to receive a receipt copy from the device and she never brought the receipt. The waitress gave the same vibes as the soup guy on the Seinfeld episode….”get your food and leave me alone” vibe. 6. Just noticed that the receipt says juice box for the kids meal never did she ask if we wanted a kids drink for the kids. Attached is a copy of our receipt that I took a photo. The waitress name is listed on there. She needs some extreme training in customer service. As a couple walked in while we walked out, I really wanted to express to them to save their money and not waste their time and money on this restaurant. While the kids enjoyed seeing the robot deliver our food, this place is disappointing to say the very least. We wasted good earned money and will not be back! Sadly, the robot was the highlight and had more personality that the waitress Also, I have added a picture of our very gruff, no customer service waitress. She needs some additional training in customer service. We saw her giving the same consistent bad service to a nearby table. She is definitely not happy you came and makes you feel like you are a bother to her. I hope her tips reflect as such. If this restaurant continues in this manner, I’m sure the economy will take its toll it.

I wanted to try since I haven't been to a good Thai restaurant for a while and it was advertised on Facebook plus the name is catchy (lol)! Located in Katy Asiantown, we visited on a weekday sometimes after 11am. There were only 2 tables occupied but the restaurant was very spacious and clean. The interior had a trendy design and we sat in a booth near the window. We selected the following items from the menu and its rating out of 5 stars: Drink: Thai tea - perfect sweetness as I do not like overly sweet drinks:5 Appetizers: Chiang Mai Chicken - grilled chicken (a bit dry)which you can dip in a peanut curry sauce; comes with pickled cucumber which was my favorite: 4 Thaicoon rolls with pork - who doesn't love fried spring rolls dipped in a sweet chili sauce: 5 Entree: Pad C-Ewe - I chose to add the shrimp as the meat; stir fried large flat rice noodles with Chinese brocolli and egg with #3 spice level (choose 1 to 5 where 5 is the spiciest). The shrimp was plentiful and large and the spice level was perfect for me but may be too spicy for those who are not use to spicy food. The noodles had a nice taste but I would like a little more 'wok hay'. There were plenty of Chinese broccoli which I liked but the egg seemed to be overly cook. I rate it a 4. Yellow curry with chicken - this was my son's dish and I had to try it out of curiosity. It wasn't spicy since he got it at level 3 assuming it was the cream that mellowed out the heat. The curry was a bit too sweet for me and the fried rice (which cost extra) was dry. Son told me that it would be better if the veggies i.e. bell peppers and carrots would be cooked longer..it was raw. There were a couple of chicken pieces but nothing to get excited about. We rated it a 3. Overall the service was decent and it got pretty busy after 12 pm. The restaurant invested a robot cart that carried the food for the waitress which somehow able to navigate to the table with the order. No wonder the tables were spread out. Cute concept :) The overall cost of our tab for 2 person was a little steep but I guess blame it on the inflation? We will visit again if we crave for Thai food.

Visited this restaurant on a Saturday morning. Place was decorated nicely. Even had one of those serving robots. Service was excellent since we were the only ones present at 1130 am. Firstly I had the appetizer plate (17.00). Everything was fried perfectly, not too greasy at all. The meat dumplings were very dense and satisfying to eat. Fish cakes had a very strong lemongrass aroma. My friend had the pineapple fried rice (16.50). It was very substantial to look at. They actually hollowed a pineapple half to place the rice, stumps and mussels in. The flesh taken out of the pineapple was chunked and mixed in the the fried rice. The fried rice itself had good wok hei and had carrot stands in it. Shrimp was very large and plump as were the mussels. I ordered the fried duck leg (15.50). I waited a good amount of time (about 20 min), so be prepared to wait. Once it came, I went straight the to the kailan. It was lightly doused in oyster sauce, and was tender. Problem is I only had three stalks of this green leafy vegetable. The duck leg itself was fried well done to a crisp. Meat still had some moisture to it and saving the skin had a very light seasoning to it. I guess that what the tamarind sauce was for.. The sauce itself was sweet, and qiute enjoyable. I ended up gnawing the duck leg to the bone wanting more. My general impression is the food was priced on the upper limit I would consider to be resonable. If I just had the duck leg I would not be satisfied. The fried rice is a better choice, aesthetically and better for the price. Overall to food was fresh and well cooked, a good choice if you want some Thai food.

I have to keep updating my review because this restaurant lies.

The fact that you think I care about what your team “personally” thinks about Lisa is baffling. I couldn’t care less. I care about how this restaurant handles issues as well as what a reasonable accommodation is. They got our order wrong, we did not enjoy or eat it and called immediately to leave a voicemail since you all had closed already. By the next morning, we called again to make sure the issue was reported. From the getco, no one apologized and then you had a server hastily offered 10% off the NEXT ORDER for a meal that’s over $20. Not happy with this response (which is valid, whether you agree or not). We then asked to have a manager call us back, which never happened. We called again to check in later that day since a manger hadn’t called us back and were told they would be in at 6. We then took time out of our day to personally follow-up on an issue that we didn’t even want to deal with in the first place and had a manger call us back, we would’ve never had to come in person.

The one thing this restaurant/manager fails to understand is that we would not be here had the kitchen gotten our order right in the first place. But no, instead being apologetic this restaurant has decided to try and dismiss us and accused us harassing their staff.

We’re allow to share our opinion about how terrible your customer service is, no matter how much you try to lie about it with the “we handled this” comment. The reason why we’re still upset is because, you all handled it inappropriately, point blank, and still aren’t apologetic about it. A manager NEVER called us to speak with us further about our unhappiness with what was offered. Sorry…. we didn’t know the food came out of YOUR check, but once again. You should’ve just addressed the issue with your KITCHEN instead of reprimanding your customer who were already dealing with your KITCHEN issues…..Also just because a black male comes into your establishment to address concerns doesn’t mean you get to pull the race card and claim bullying. We have a video of his whole interaction with you all and never did anything of that...
