My goal is to be fair in writing this review. (If it were based upon how I feel right now, I'd give 1.5 to 2 stars.)
We've had an array of mixed experiences here but today was enough for me to post a rating and review that reflects this Domino's location's performance thus far.
This is the 2nd time (maybe more because it's been so long since we've ordered from here) I've ordered pasta and received pasta with NO SAUCE. I don't expect perfection when ordering pasta from Domino's, but wow. Sauce is THE ONE component that truly gives pasta flavor and depth. What is pasta without sauce? A few ingredients thrown in a bowl, then heated. I'm tired of being promised one thing and being given something I can't eat. Please stop sending pasta without sauce. It doesn't qualify as a menu item you should be charging $ for. If you happen to be out of the sauce I choose, please let me know and I will choose a different sauce for my pasta. If I had ingredients to make my own Alfredo sauce at home, I wouldn't have ordered from Domino's. Dry, cooked pasta with dry chicken and a small amount of cheese is not appetizing. Whatever you do, do not send me pasta without a sauce.
Additionally, we've ordered the regular pepperoni (hand tossed, reg sauce) and the pizza is so greasy, it triggered my gag reflex. My son could barely eat it either (despite being very hungry) and he LOVES pepperoni (for example, Papa John's hand-tossed pepperoni). We even did "light cheese" so that should reduce the amount of fat & grease. We even blotted the pizza with napkins to remove grease. It was gross.
The specialty cheeseburger pizza was actually pretty good and I would likely eat it again. Problem is, if I keep receiving pasta without sauce and I can't stomach the simple pepperoni pizza, I don't anticipate ordering again...

I’d ordered from here several times before and had no issues until today; but it’s when issues need to be addressed that one is really able to determine how customers are handled. Ordered a pizza and an hour later I called to say I hadn’t received it and was told it’s on the way. An hour after that I called again and was told “that’s odd let me check with the manager” I’m guessing manager gets on the phone and tells me well they called an hour ago (i had one missed call and I asked him if that was the number they called from? He said no) he says a man picked up the phone (impossible because I had my phone by me the whole time and I am a female) and told them no one ordered a pizza so they canceled the order. I tried to explain to him that I got no call and no one had showed up at my door, but he kept talking over me and just kept repeating the same thing “your order has been cancelled” I asked him if he was done shutting me up when he finally calmed himself down and let me speak. I told him that i have a camera at the door and no one showed up (so maybe wrong house), I didn’t receive a call (so maybe a wrong number had been dialed) I don’t now what the odds are of both happening but I was very irritated that he did not listen to me, he didn’t ask if I wanted to place another order or if he could do anything to help. He clearly treated me like I was a customer who wasted their time, and my punishment was to have my order canceled!!!! The worst customer service I’ve ever received! If zero stars existed I would...
Read moreIt's extremely frustrating when you're paying for food and the quality is just trash. I ordered online tonight, a delivery fee was added and a service fee. Annnndddddd I TIPPED before my food got here. Only to open a box with lava cakes that slid to the side and broke open. Chicken bacon ranch sandwiches with literally 10 little PIECES of chicken. More bread than meat. Then wings that looked like they barely went through the oven at all! The prices ppl are paying its absolutely ridiculous for the quality of food being delivered. I was told if I wanted the sandwiches replaced I would have to return the ones I have (which were going to probably be thrown away) and wait for replacements to be delivered (another 30 minutes) I asked for a credit to my account.
