Like most people in this world today (especially if you have kids), we have ordered ALOT of pizza for delivery. Overall, i think everyone in the house has pizza on average twice a week. With 4 in the household, we all have slightly different pizza preferences so we tend to order from several different pizza delivery establishments (Marcos, Pepperonis, Pizza hut, Pizza Shoppe, Russos being the big 5 but an occasional Papa Johns, Dominos, whatever). Marco's has become a real paradox and enigma. "Normally", they have good pizza delivered quickly. However, if you want to order from them, you need to expect that 1 in 4 orders will be messed up so bad that you are left speechless (e.g. delivery times of 2 hours even though estimates are 30-35 mins, your pizza being in the delivery drivers car for more than an hour ... and one of my favorites - forgotten pizza (or two) or other items and the driver taking money and tip but then never reporting the problem and/or coming back with missing items[oh, and lets not forget the lack of care/concern OR need to correct response from store management ... to name a few possible issues. Why would I have allowed myself to experience this multiple times from this establishment ... WHEN it's correct; the pizza is good and quick. However, the overall good to bad ratio I think(for us) has reached that never again point. Before you choose to order from this location, find one of those yahtzee 6-sided dice you probably have in your games drawer/cabinet and roll it ... 1-4 you should be happy, 5-6 Watch Out, you might be in for a long and...
Read moreNasty undercooked pizza, unprofessional manager that likes to argue with the customer refused to give me a refund and told me to take the pizza out of the garbage and bring it in so that he can look at it to see if it’s undercooked since he made the pizza and that he would remake it. It didn’t want a remake of the pizza I just wanted my money back. I had my husband call and his whole approach was different. He lied and told my husband that I was being irate and had I just called and politely asked him for a refund he would’ve given it to me which is exactly what I did. My tone didn’t become annoyed until he accused me of lying about the pizza being nasty and his attitude was bad from the start of the phone call. I asked for the store manager’s information and he said that him and the store manager have a close relationship so he’s not gonna do anything about it either. Pizza hurt my stomach and gave me diarrhea for hours. I wouldn’t even waste my time or money at this location...
Read moreWell first I must I admit I work here, but please don't think I'm blowing smoke. I have had several pizzas, some of the subs and what we call our meatball bake, which honestly really good. To me it is kind of like a lasagna without the noodles. And what really sets our pizzas apart from many other places is two things. The original owner and operator of Marcos Pizza was an Italian man who brought a genuine authentic italian pizza that is still the base of any pizza you decide to have. The second it that we make our dough in house, unless it's thin, which makes it more filling then your average pizza. However for me, the best thing on our menu is actually the cheese and steak sub. I love them. I have it for dinner at least a couple nights a week. If you don't believe me come on to Marcos on 1463 and give it a try, and if you do tell my boss about this review. I'll ad...
