Terrible location. I prefer the other location. I came today 7/20/24 at 5:00pm. I ordered a turkey and Swiss sandwich along with other items. I drove all the way home to find out they gave me ham, not turkey. I absolutely hate ham so I knew instantly it wasn’t turkey. It was also pink and sweet. Even my husband(who loves ham) said 100% it’s ham. I called to tell them in hope of getting a new one the next time I come or a refund because I Threw the sandwich away and my money. I wasn’t rude whatsoever but the girl who spoke with me had an attitude. She was like “we don’t make mistakes here, I need proof because I know we didn’t give you ham” hinting I’m lying. Why would I lie about putting ham on a sandwich for fun? Doesn’t make since. Risky she said she doesn’t know what to tell me, she’ll pass it on to the owner and hung up on me. Never ever will I go to this location again. Such rude customer. All I wanted was my sandwich correct. It’s sad when as a customer, you can call and be nice, unlike most people who work be rude, and still have attitude from the workers. Just fix the problem and be done with it. But now, you lost out on a customer.
I called the other closer location and he was super nice but told me he couldn’t help because the stores are owned by different owners but he has heard of that specific location having a lot of complaints, which doesn’t surprise me.
This location also has beignets that are 90% air so it’s a rip off. I’ll stop coming to the Fort Bend store and continue to go to the grand parkway one like I’ve had...
Read moreWhat a delightful experience. Cozy hidden gem off of Katy Free way on Fort Bend County Rd. I’m not an experience coffee drinker, but the owner Andy, Ada and the barista had gone out of their way to guide me through their menu and help me get something that work for me. (I must say I’m glad I listen to them, my drink was so delicious and refreshing) I also had their famous homemade beignet that my friend is (a must try) the staff and the owner was attentive, knowledgeable and friendly through out my experience there. I am glad I stopped by! They also have a drive though for your busy day. If you have time, dinning in is a must, Simply enjoy the cozy classy New Orleans atmosphere while sipping your coffee, have some beignet or some fresh homemade deli or bakery. (Just thinking about is making me excited) I am ready to hop out of bed and have another cup of coffee and some beignet already! Go...
Read moreI recommend this place! I like the atmosphere in this PJ’s location. The first visit we got the caramel granita and beignets. Both are delicious. The beignets were soft in the inside but crispy on the outside. They came hot and fresh out of the fryer! I would get them again. Service was good. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
The second time I stopped here on my way to the airport. My husband was craving pumpkin spiced drink so staff recommended the pumpkin spiced latte with almond milk. He really liked it. We also tried a new chocolate pastry. We love it. It came out hot and the chocolate melts. I mentioned to the owner we’re going on a plane trip. They gave my toddler a free milk. They also played with my toddler while I ate which was appreciated! I was very touched. Great to see a nice business in the area. Would come here again. Plenty of parking and...
