The person who took my order in the drive thru mumbled through our interaction, and when I asked for a suggestion he suggested a drink that was out of stock so I couldn’t have even ordered it. I got to the window after picking something else and found out that the syrup for my drink wasn’t available so they used the sugar-free version. Not a big deal but would’ve liked that information when I chose it from the menu in the first place. When they handed it to me the soda was spilling out from the lid and got onto my car, and despite me also ordering two cookies, they didn’t give me any napkins. I went on Thursday of their grand opening. They had a system set up and even with a lot of cars trying to come by and try Swig out, they had it running smoothly! I didn’t even wait 5 minutes. They gave me a free cup of delicious mini cookies and a Texas Tab for free! All of the staff outside were friendly, educated about the menu and more. The drink was delicious, I loved it so much that I came back on Saturday! On Saturday I ordered a Texas Tab again and then got a Dr. Pepper with Strawberry, and Vanilla for my fiance. My first visit to Swig was a great experience, and it certainly didn't disappoint! I was impressed by the wide variety of options on the menu and the incredibly friendly staff—a big shout out to Carlos and Lilah! For a refreshing drink that isn't soda-based, I highly recommend the Strawberry Breeze. You can get it with either sparkling or still water, and it's perfectly sweet without being overpowering.
