Came in @945 to put my codes for pizzas I ordered at 645pm to be ready after a movie , I noticed they weren’t in the ovens and I had the codes to unlock being it should have been walking and walk out . Manager approached as I said I have my unlock codes but they aren’t there and said the unlock codes he said “sir those numbers do nothing for me “ gave him my name and phone numbers and still couldn’t find it . I went out to the car to get my phone with confirmations and the “manager” could still not find them and then proceeds to say oh the pizzas got picked up. That’s what it is . I said sir my whole family is with my as we just came from a movie and this was a snack for after . At this point I’m frustrated and yeah I already feel as if this is going no where and I understood it was almost closing time and he was basically mad or something because the cooks ended up talking in Spanish to us to tell us he is the manager because he refused to provide any Didtrict manager information , kept saying that this is the way the world works u get angry and I have to do what ever you want . Mind you I had proof of purchase and at this point I concluded I wasn’t getting my pizza I kept asking for district manager info and the man would not give it or his name was wearing no badge but said it was his store “older black guy “ this man just refunds my pizzas magically after he couldn’t find the orders ? And they were picked up , sad part is I never go to little ceasers I just tried to be quick and use a coupon I got from Tmobile , because it was movie day Very unfortunate situation that honestly if I didn’t walk out this man and me would be on the news over some stupid Pizza , I never wanted anything free nor was I being rude , u can watch the camera I came in very calm and was even ignored for a bit then calmly said my orders aren’t in the ovens and u can clearly see this man’s body language is that he does not want to help me probably because it’s 945

Also sorry the cook ladies had to be there in that situation that should have never happened because they knew we had a legit order again she told us our order was in the screen but he didn’t want to make it . Read moreI hope that if you decide to go to little Caesars that you choose another one, not only did they have me sitting in the drivethru window for like 10 minutes while they just looked at me a couple times, when the worker (who later claimed to be the manager) came to the window and said that they didn't know how to unlock it, after asking why didn't she just say that earlier, she ignored it and told me to come inside. After ordering a pizza and cookie she said it was going to be 10 minutes, this was 40+ minutes ago, and while multiple people who had come in after me were able to order (not hot and ready) and get theirs before mine, after a while I asked for the manager (this is when she said she was the manager, I think Talii J? as said on the receipt) after that I asked for someone higher than she was and she claimed she didn't have that information because there wasn't anyone higher. Meanwhile, when I walked in to get my pizza there were about 8-9 people just waiting and noone coming up to the front to say anything to anyone, so after about 4 people left then she came up to say something and to hand out pizzas. This is not an exaggeration, it was literally 40+ minutes as said on the time on the receipt (AFTER waiting for about 10-15 at the windown) with about another 10-15 minutes just waiting around in the store to get my pizza.
Someone needs to do something about this store, and if she WAS the manager, im sorry but she needs to be replaced, she has no customer service ability, or any time management ability clearly.
And NO they weren't understaffed it seems, because I saw about 4 or 5 people I there myself.
I would suggest finding another Little Caesars to go to or someone higher in the organization needs to come clean this up and...

I pulled up to the window asking the young lady what do you have ready and she tells me pizza, crazy bread and bacon and cheese puffs I decided to buy all three because they were ready to go. Then she comes back to the window and says the bacon and cheese pops are actually for another order and they would make some new ones and it would take 5 to 10 minutes and to pull around and wait.. after waiting over 20 minutes I go back in with now my cold pizza and breadsticks and ask about the bacon and cheese puffs which then she tells me are still cooking. So then I explained I have been waiting over 20 minutes and now my pizza and my breadsticks were cold and she looked at me and said do you want a refund? There was no apology there was no let me get you a hot pizza and hot breadsticks so I told her I wanted a refund so she walked away for a little bit came back with bacon and cheese puffs and still I had the cold pizza and breadsticks so I told her no thank you I’ll go ahead and take the refund so then the manager comes over is very rude snatches the receipt out of my hand gives a refund doesn’t apologize doesn’t speak to me enhance me a refund receipt without saying a word. And lastly, to top it off, they actually reused my bread sticks and my pizza that had been in my car for 20 minutes and put it back in the oven for...
