Julio's Market Chicken & Fish — Restaurant in Kaufman

Went for take out , got home fish was really slimy, had the catfish dinner with mash potatoes beans and roll, so I ate half of my instant mashed potatoes, ate half of my roll, took 2 bites out of the fish, that was horrible, and one bite out of the beans, like the skin peeling off the beans and it wasn't pleasant at all, so I returned my fish dinner inside and showed them, I explained to the young man behind the counter that it was yucky 🤮 and all he said was okay, threw it in the trash, and walked away, left me standing there, didn't offer to look at my receipt, or refund my money or even offer me something else, not even a so sorry mam, nothing just okay throw my returned food in the trash and walk away, if this is how this place treats their seniors, then us seniors will get our fish and chicken somewhere else, I will not be ignored by a young person because we're seniors, and when I called asked for a manager explained the situation at least he said sorry that happened, but he didn't offer me a refund or a replacement, so no I won't be going back ever,,, disrespectful young kids working, no respect for...

So pissed, just left there getting 15 pc and 2 large fries. Get all the home to find I got a box full of old chicken that taste like old grease. Nothing more frustrating than paying your hard earned money and get all the way home with some old food for your family. Julios do better and be more considerate of the people that give you business. Fast forward called 12-24-24 to speak with manager he confirms grease was old but them says “ Nobody else complained, and we should have called last night and brought it back” Well Sir we didn’t feel like driving all the way back there and how about offering an apology and just saying you will replace the chicken! He then keeps stating “nobody else complained and I won’t replace the rolls or the sides just the chicken and bring it back.” At this point how about I just never give you my business again and I make it my lifes long mission to let people know how grimy your place of business is. This is the third time we have been screwed by old food with yall. Anyone thinking about eating here pls check your food before...

This place is freaking disgusting!!! Flies everywhere! Ketchup was watered down and hot from the bottle! Soggy fries! Yellow tarter sauce that looks like something you would find at the bottom of a shoe after running away from Vato locos through a street gutter in LA! Flies flying all over the food under heat lamps!! Cold fish! Dirty floors, went in the bathrooms to wash my hands and came out needing a bath! this place should be shut down before a little kid gets food poisoning in the worst way. I eat out all the time on the road and I've seen roach coaches cleaner than this! I strongly recommend not eating here! Should have called it when I walked in but I gave it the Benefit of the doubt.
