As soon as I arrived, I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile from the staff, which instantly made me feel welcome. Nate!!!!! Guys you need to be there when Nate is working!! This was our first time going to 7brew and it was better then I was expecting. We don't drink coffee but my bestie kept telling me we needed to try 7brew because they have so many drinks to try. So it was my daughter's birthday and we went through on our way out of town tonight. Nate was working, and 7brew if your reading this, Nate needs a raise! He was so helpful, patient and explained everything so clearly and gave us all the options. Didn't rush us, explained what the drinks were when they came out and made sure we liked them. Explained how the company is expanding and all the details. What sealed the deal for us and will have us coming back??? He asked for our names. Made eye contact with my kids while still being respectful of our and his space and spoke to them. Introduced himself and extended a thank you for trying them out tonight. Idk if he is a teenager or young adult but it was so refreshing to see someone happy their at work, like their job and want to take the time to talk to their customers.
