Subway — Restaurant in Kearney

Took 30 minutes to get a dozen cookies with two people ahead of us. Younger lady working was trying hard and friendly. Issue appeared to be phone in orders, and pick up orders for like Grub Hub. We all had to wait inline till they filled all these orders. This is not right, we stood and waited, the line grew to the door, more people waiting. The older lady had a terrible attitude, and was not really helping the younger lady. Older lady went to the back to bake bread. Really????? Finally got our cookies after older lady finally waited on us. She was getting mad as she couldn't get six cookies into a box. Was banging the boxes on the counter. "Hey lady, we don't want smash cookies!". Five stars for young lady working her tail off and smiling to all customers. Zero stars for older lady that waited on us. My advise is find another job. I used the app to get the bogo offer, but when I went in to pick up our sandwiches, they weren’t ready…. The order hadn’t come through. The gal asked if maybe I had sent the order to a different store. Checked my phone and I had started the order, but not completed it. She was very kind and then very quick to make our sandwiches. Since I was right there, I asked her to leave the onions off of my side of the sandwiches …not only did she prepare them correctly, but she labeled them “his” and “hers”, which we didn’t discover until later. We were pleasantly surprised at her attention toward us. Just spent my entire lunch break standing in line with five other customer. The two women working ignored all of us the whole time just checking their computer and making sandwiches for online orders. When asked if they were going to serve the customers that have been in line the lady was rude and said they are going to do all online orders first because they already paid. Most of us walked out.
